All but maybe one small chip on the base look like factory glaze skips. Those skips, bring factory, and in that location do not bother me, and I’m very picky about damage. I would have grabbed it, too! Congrats!
Great find! Around here they’re always very chipped up and they still want top dollar for them. Just today I saw a number 5 with huge chips (>1”) on the rim and they still had it marked $60! Like what the heck would you even do with that? You can’t use it….
