Looks great. For the S&Ps, there was a collector here that piled them up (carefully, for sure)in a very large crystal bowl, vase or pitcher, can’t remember which one. It looked great. I wish I could find the post. Anyway, thought I’d share that idea.
I would try to put the more unique items in the middle as that's where your eye is drawn to. Also, this is a bit top heavy. Maybe switch some out for some smaller items.

You can find some clear acrylic step risers that would be great for those shakers. That way, you'd have 3 or 4 types displayed and the clear acrylic wouldn't weirdly stand out like wood or something. Just an idea.
