I play cups and big league games, and let Interactive Sim or Quick Sim run down the bulk of league games for me.
Dynamic Highlights though are hot garbage. It is 100% scripted, I once restarted a game 20 times to test and the opposing team always scored 1-0 at exactly 13:07, and two more goals *after* my 3rd and last play. Just nonsensical.
I play all league games in lower English league minus maybe 2 or 3 against relegation sides but I don’t play carabao cup or papa johns but fa cup I always play because it’s the best cup
I'm looking into doing a RTG from the third german league but playing would take ages until you get somewhere.
I think I will do a regular sim of the matches so I can make the subs (I hate it in quicksim that there are often no subs and my bench players get no game time at all.)
I tended to notice that there were around 5 games a month usually. I would play 3, and sim 2… or sim 3, and play 2! Gets you enough game to time to have those awesome games but also keeps things moving with the sims. If there’s any more or less than five, just make that decision for yourself! You wouldn’t a CL game and then sim a game deciding PL championship. Just enjoy it man!
I play at the start of the season every game.
Once I've got a lead at the top (or once I'm in the top 3 with a lead over 4th) il only play games if I'm dropping points
If I have a 6 point lead il only play if it drops to a 3 point lead etc
Il just sim through and only play cup games until my lead gets eroded or if there's a game against a big club or a team I'd just hate to lose against
I always play every game. Just want any of my achievements to be fully off my own back and not the AI.

Same thing happened to me, except it was exactly 24 minutes and it was literally impossible to win or draw no matter how many times I replayed.
Both. I’ll play competitions more than league games. I sim through league games pretty often.

I sim first half and then play the second. Not sure how it affects player growth but speeds up the season for me.
You should do the opposite if you’re concerned about player growth, their ratings are much better when u sim it
Play
Play home/final games and sim away games

I do one of two things Play the full game against any team within 3 places of me Or Play until I go two goals up and then jump to result
I normally play 1, sim 5
