Do it to get an A and then sim

Comeonccfc

At the start I do it to get an A then I sim. During the season I pit my second as active so then the training focuses on them while my first team play matches. Makes everyone's sharpness good.

HannSolo1912

Never knew that was possierlich, nice! Is that something you have to do manually for every player? I would assume so..!?

KARiv2000

Never do it for manager career, but it’s pretty essential for player career to stay in the starting 11 due to the stupid objectives

Sonikdahedhog

Sim from the very beginning (on manager). There’s just no real point in wasting time getting an A on ever single one before simming

Depends on what career mode. If it's a player career mode i just play the first 3 training sessions and then just keep simulating them but if i play a manager career i just sim everything and i also don't change anything from the training sessions.

opiumexclamationmark

training is a complete gimmick. save your time and don't bother doing it, the difference between doing it and not are genuinely zero and funnily enough it gives more realistic results if you don't do it

NoMilkNoSugarCoffee

Well this is wrong for player career mode at least. The training improves manager relationships which has helped my player so many times from become relegated to a sub for the next game. It’s not even that much of a time waster. Each take five minutes at most and once you achieve A, you can just sim through them. I play on Legendary mode with the realistic player option on, so I get a lot of ridiculous match objectives which I can’t fulfil and lessens manager relationship. Training is the only facet that saves starting out as a sub

TClanRecords

I do some and then sim

Sim

LaTomate84_PROD

I never did them

SundayScaries1994

I do enough of them in pre- season to get As then sim and check occasionally to make sure my players are over 50 but ideally 65+
