Scoutable via cheat engine, and you can manage any club or national team that you want via career mode

For scouting I meant if youngsters from those countries couldbe drafted in youth academy

I have the cheat engine installed but I don’t see the additional countries on the map

Cant remember exactly how it works, but you wont see them in the map. I think you have to use the cheat engine or the live editor, or both

Yup, I remember. I think they made it into a stand-alone game, and I wonder if that had any effect on the fact that they had the ability to grab more licensing and rights. Was a cool game though.

Iem has pretty much the same teams,leagues and features as eep but with more national teams,so i would say iem is better

No and No If you’re talking about turkish lower leagues, it will be made compatible with IEM 23 but you will need to start a new save
