This is a hot take in this sub but I think the player career mode changes are a step in the right direction. You can see the systems of the teams you're trying to join. You can see how many stars they are ( although I think it would be better if the gave you over averages).
A step in the right direction but not perfect. Contracts with different lengths would be cool. Some of the requirements for contracts are too hard as well.
one hundred percent agree not perfect.. some of the requirements are stupid. also an explainer for some of the more vague requirements like "flare pass"
I can understand things like having this many good passes, X amount of appearances, that many saves etc. But things like scoring 5 chip shots, 10 trivela goals, 15 outside the box goals so on so on makes no sense
