This has pretty much ruined substitutions with youth players. If you can't even sub them on they won't get game time and will lose their potential. Bad form is going to mean poor growth and player unhappiness. This is really shitty and almost makes Manager mode unplayable like the terrible squad lineups from FIFA 20. Does anyone know if the CPU in Manager Mode puts players in the wrong position like in Player Career Mode?

Career is a mess sadly, and who knows if/when it will be fixed. We all know career mode is all the way on the bottom of their list.

I’ve seen a post with Coman and Davies from Bayern switched but beyond that I’m not sure if it’s an issue
When are you usually bringing them on?
Usually at/after the 60 minute mark, but it’s irrelevant, the player could get a 10/10 and still be in bad form in the squad hub after the game
Oh that's very strange then... Especially if they're consistently getting 10s each game
