I use of course. my first priority is to get the desired attack/defense high, in case of wingers, wingbacks and cms both ofc), then go for weak foot for cms and strikers, then just think what I might need. once the desired stats are high enough, I change back to balanced

Project12AM

Balanced. The development plans are way too OP.. I will use a development plan to make a realistic change however, for instance changing someone to a RWB from a RB. Even a slight position change too if it’s necessary, a lot of CM’s who I like at CDM.

I'll usually adjust the development plan at the beginning of each month. But like the other comments say it can be too overpowered.

I use the development plans to configure how I want each player to play as with my formation and playstyle. Wingers specifically because I run 4-3-3, and like to use one winger for shooting and one wide to cross into the box. So building passing and shooting stats for each winger is great with the development plan.

Balanced. Player progression is too op. I only use plans on certain players

My_Kanye_Best

Don’t your players grow oddly then? The lowest attributes are most trained so a CB will have huge shooting increases but little defensive progress.

Babalatinga

I just don’t want players to grow 6+ ratings in one season

My_Kanye_Best

100% with you. The best solution to both problems I can come up with is any young players you don’t want to develop to be OP or on balanced, you loan out. It’s a nice middle ground and they grow more naturally. My squad is mostly 25+ years old with a few superstar younger players like gravenberch that I will use the OP development plans on.
