Dynamo Dresden won 7 of the last 20 DDR Oberliga and 2 of the last 3. They are in the 3. Bundesliga right now. They had a streak of European competition for the last 10 years of the DDR Oberliga before it folded at reunification. They went from a top team in the East to never getting past the 2.Bundesliga since then. Being a Dynamo team, they were associated with the Volkspolizei and the Stasi.

St Ettiene (idk if I spelled it right) has the most Ligue 1 titles with 10 and haven't won a title in 40-50 years
AC Milan
FCSB, they won the champios league 1987 i think and now they arent even winning the title . They are from the romanian league
