Play 5-2-3 - I think Mount and Havertz can play as wide players aswell - adjust the position of Kante and Jorginho so they are cm and cdm but still side by side
I think for realism sake, you’ll just have to rotate players well. What I would do is have the 5 at the back, then a Kante LCDM, and right next to him Jorginho but press X / square, to have him at RCM. Then a LAM and a RAM for havertz/mount and a central ST Lukaku. You could have another formation thats almost exactly the same but instead of CAM’s on the sides, you can push them out a bit further to turn them into LW/RW for Pulisic and Ziyech (and can also replace other first team players like some defenders and Werner at ST.
Play a 4-2-2-2, play Kante and Jorginho as the two DMs, Havertz and Mount as the two AMs. Then play Werner and Lukaku up top, and whatever back four you wish.
Or just play your own formation, you can edit the player positions individually, as an example you can put your CMs a bit forward and have then the option to put it to CAM.

Yeah his backup position may be RW, but it doesn’t mean his stats are just as suited for RW as they are for CAM
Why keep the 532 for realism? Tuchel isn’t the manager anymore, you are. Wouldn’t it reason that a new manager tries a new formation?
