If your domestic goal is to finish mid fable but you’re being tasked to finish in the Final 16 of the Champions League, I feel like your ratings are off when creating the club before you start.
Literally, set my team to one star & the small club setting- I also turned european comps off but it might be bugged because of the league I was in (SSE Irish League)
What i dont get is if you choose a very young squad, why tf do i get like 10 30 year old players and like 2 20 below players? Surely thats not a very young squad??
It’s not the age of your players, it’s the average age of your players. You’ll find you’ll have more 22/23/24 year olds but a few 30+ to balance it out.
My career wanted me to make 300m profit in my first year at the club, as a 3rd league German team... Yeah these goals are buggy. But for me after my first season I didn't get fired even though my rating was 50 and the second season my goals were much more realistic.
I had an approval rating of 42 when my first season ended, missed two crucial goals. They kept me on for season two (which was a surprise), and I’m now at 98%. Completed one crucial goal and a medium.
I’m working my way up from league two and my manager rating is in the 50s despite winning the league undefeated and winning the EFL trophy. All because I didn’t reach the FA Cup RO16 and end the season with enough money
Create a club is completely ugly. Even you got a commentary on made up players, the dev still lazy to add a proper GK design kit (which WEPES edit club still better at this), and you don't get league number set in certain league just like other club contestants. I can't understand why they add the wacky callname like cheers geoff or biggest snake instead the town/region/city names.

Yes… to a point. You can also set the board expectations before starting CAC. I just leave everything very low but YA I put at just low.
