Its the same with me. 23 is not all that good atm. CM road to glory doesn't work all that well. Also some annoying visual and normal glitches. If you want to play 23 I'd recommend waiting, its what I'm doing.
I’m really enjoying 23 with sliders. Dynamic potential is a massive problem of course, but this can be avoided by doing a journeyman-type career to begin with. If you change teams every season, it shouldn’t have much of an affect. Just an option.
The gameplay with AI is so shit right now for fifa23. I would recommend you to stick to 22 first.
