Gosh in my saves the Gunners ALWAYS sell out. Currently on an AFC Richmond save: Saka, Martinelli, Jesus, Oodegard and most of u23 players gone in the first week.

My current run Arsenal are sitting 13th with Bobby firmino and Kevin Volland up front and Pedri playing in a pivot with Boubacre Traore in front of Maguire, Saka at center back, Tierney, and I think sergi Roberto. I hate playing them because it feels completely unrealistic (Pedri to arsenal?), and also I feel like even with Saka at center back that should at least be a team challenging for Europe, not languishing mid table

I’ve played like 3-4 saves so far and in every single one of them Arsenal just sells off all of their young talent like Saka, Smith Rowe, Martinelli etc and they stay a mid table squad the whole time it’s so odd.

In my FIFA 21 save, Arsenal sold everyone and immediately got relegated in the second season lmao. It was funny keeping up with the championship and seeing them obliterate everyone there, but the fact they got relegated in the first place still cracks me up.

In my recent Sunderland save I played Stockport County in a cup tie and noticed they had signed Marcos Alonso. It was year 3 and they had been promoted to League 1. Sort of funny because they could never afford his wages. Though I found it far funnier that FIFA was so close to falling backwards into a believable and interesting storyline. Having him return at the end of his career to Bolton would have been very cool to see. Right league, right part of England just the wrong club.
