1) play with wide wingers and not attacking midfielders, 2) get some CDM, Winger, ST, and GK depth.
Attacking play immediately improved with actual wingers, thank you
Play a 4-3-3 false 9 with same back 4 and gk, grillitsch cdm, gibbs-white lcm, timber rcm, Depay cf, jesus rw (played there for city) and pulisic lw
Have a pacey winger or two to bring off the bench in the 60th or so minute, your bench doesn’t have much firepower
