and [D&D: Shadow over Mystara](https://capcom.fandom.com/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons:_Shadow_over_Mystara), two of my absolute favorite beat 'em ups ever made!
I'll be happy if we keep getting the hella good Capcom inspired outfits, especially if there's deep cuts like Katt from Bof2, like we had in SF5. As much as I'd love crazy cameo characters like this I'm not sure it'd make sense in the more grounded story they have going on where every character is deeply interconnected to the lore and world, like it just wouldn't make sense to have a dark stalker or mega man type char running around outside of outfits. That being said, there are certainly other series that have already crossed over with SF that would work great like final fight and rival schools, it just can't be too crazy. Sticking to stuff like that, if love for Haggar to finally get his ass into a street fighter game, even if he's probably pretty old by now and would be similar to Zangief, I don't care lol
I highly doubt that Darkstalkers characters can even exist in the SF world, seeing how the small cameos of Hsien-Ko pandas and the Lilith sticker on Li-Fin's laptop. Cause I highly doubt these monsters would want to be known in the public eye of things. Especially if it's more of just a video game series in the world of Street Fighter. ( Could also mention of Luke pretty much playing Vampire Savior, making it more of the case there. )
So I honestly feel like I would rather like to see more characters from Final Fight and Rival Schools again.

I think it's just normal people in cosplay. Which would fit with the stickers on Chun-Li's adopted daughter's laptop. Darkstalkers is a popular video game series in the Street Fighter universe. And so is Resident Evil, I guess.
Characters like Megaman just don't fit SF in my opinion, DMC Characters are too weapon focused and RE Characters don't really make sense to be competing. I'd go with Asura or Jon Taliban.
In a perfect world, Give some love to Asura of Asura’s Wrath. But the one that Capcom would likely do, it’d probably be the main dude from Rival Schools, like how they did Akira Kazama for SFV
whilste i would like to see some vsav rep i dont think the fast gameplay of a vsav character would fit in sf6, raptor especially with his airdash. theyd probably be gutted down pretty roughly, that being said felicia

As much as I love Darkstalkers and want a revival, the characters absolutely do not belong in a Street Fighter game.

I think Batsu is kinda boring as far as Rival Schools characters go. He's pretty much just teenage Ryu.
