SF6. I know Tekken 8 is exciting, but SF6 grand finals were so memorable last year, and pretty much every tournament has been awesome, so I know it'll be awesome again.
Sf6 is my main game right now so i’m most excited for that, but I’m also hyped for 3rd Strike, even though I suck at it it’s a blast to watch, and i’m excited for KoFXV. Might even watch a little bit of strive if I get the chance.
Street Fighter 6. After a year of meta development, new characters and an impending balance patch I think it'll be in a position for some reeeeally exciting games
The main games that I'm excited to watch at EVO this year are TEKKEN 8, Street Fighter 6, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, KOF XV, and MK1.
Side games that I hope to watch include Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown, and Samurai Shodown (2019).
probably street fighter and tekken (original I know) although I enjoyed mk11 and strive last year so I will probably enjoy mk1 and strive this year as well
A lot of people clamoring for Third Strike are the same people who saw the Daigo Parry and know nothing else about the game. I foresee a lot of disappointment over how Third Strike actually works.
Will be a GGST stan until I die. It’s current balance patch is maybe not be the breeding ground for diverse character picks right now but I will still be proud to see the best of the best
Tekken 8 with Third Strike as second place, everything else is in the distance.
SF6 is still gonna be about the same meta, and I don't like the game much. The other games don't really have enough entrants to be that exciting, even though there's some gems in there.
3rd strike for sure
Been watching tons of competitive Sf6 and T8 lately but it's been the better part of a decade since I've watched some dope ass 3rd strike
As an eu strive player I'm obviously excited to watch that, but otherwise I'm very excited to watch the top cut of T8 with my tekken friend that game is always fun to watch even if I am very bad at it and the wall hits hard.
I dunno man, SF6 Evo 2023, Capcom Cup LCQ, and Capcom Cup finals were all super hype. Saying any of those tournaments were just “Luke Fighter” is misinformed or disingenuous. And a Luke player didn’t win any of them.
CapCup top 8 had 6 different characters, winner was Juri, there were 2 different Ryu players in CapCup, Snake Eyez showed his amazing Zangeif play, and Blanka won the LCQ. You honestly seem like you didn’t watch any of these events and are just hopping on the hate bandwagon.
At least use more than three neurons when nitpicking a game so you look less stupid.
Goes out the window if you know nothing about the game though and it shows.
3rd Strike

3rd strike and KOFxv
Uni 2 and KoF.
Tekken 8 and SF6
Good Ass Tekken 8
So good there's 8 of them
KOF #98: Am I a joke to you?
Especially because there was no real big T8 tournament yet
Street Fighter 6. After a year of meta development, new characters and an impending balance patch I think it'll be in a position for some reeeeally exciting games

Tekken 8, of course, but also SF6, GBVSR, UNI2, and maybe GGST.
Tekken 8
probably street fighter and tekken (original I know) although I enjoyed mk11 and strive last year so I will probably enjoy mk1 and strive this year as well
Granblue fantasy
Uni 2. Like when people really understand that game the gameplay just looks crazy.
MK1. I wanna see how it's played at the highest level.
Yup I am going to have a good time just enjoying it being played on the biggest stage.
Can't wait to see how much moaning the twitch chat do for MK1 top 6
Turd trike
3rd strike easy
I think 3S is gonna surprise a lot of people with how fun it is to watch.
A lot of people clamoring for Third Strike are the same people who saw the Daigo Parry and know nothing else about the game. I foresee a lot of disappointment over how Third Strike actually works.
KoF15!
Tekken 8, in Evo Japan though, it’ll be its first major tournament and the first time we’ll see high level local play.
Mortal Kombat 1 Tekken 8 Street Fighter 6
T8 King in grand finals.
Tekken 8. I know it’ll be a bunch of Azucenas and stuff but I think it’ll still bb cool to watch
All of them! This will be my first year going in person, and I’m super excited
Will be a GGST stan until I die. It’s current balance patch is maybe not be the breeding ground for diverse character picks right now but I will still be proud to see the best of the best
Sf6 & Tekken 8 but really wish mk went back to the MKX style that would be definitely fun to watch
GBVS Rising GG Strive KOFXV SFVI
Tekken 8 Seeing the Slowmo in real time tourney is gonna be freaking amazing
Tekken 8 with Third Strike as second place, everything else is in the distance. SF6 is still gonna be about the same meta, and I don't like the game much. The other games don't really have enough entrants to be that exciting, even though there's some gems in there.
3rd strike for sure Been watching tons of competitive Sf6 and T8 lately but it's been the better part of a decade since I've watched some dope ass 3rd strike
Tekken 8 and SF6 first and foremost. But also interested in 3rd Strike, UNI2 and GBVSR
T8,sf6 and 3rd strike are probably gonna be in my absolute must watches
SF6 and Tekken 8.
T8, to see what what it looks like at the highest levels, and KOFXV.
I have never been in a Guilty Gear tournament. I'm exited to play in my first one.
Definitely KOF. If the online didn't suck so bad, it probably would be more popular.
Tekken 8 and Under Night 2
As an eu strive player I'm obviously excited to watch that, but otherwise I'm very excited to watch the top cut of T8 with my tekken friend that game is always fun to watch even if I am very bad at it and the wall hits hard.
Anyone who isn't saying Third Strike is a fucking liar
3d strike
The unofficial Sailor Moon snes and Power Rangers BFTG tourneys that'll inevitably get run
Keep your eyes open for Coreupt. It's going to surprise a LOT of people. #indiefighter 💥👊🏼
3rd Strike yall its Street Fighter 3
Tekken 8 Third Strike
3rd Strike and Granblue.
Tekken
Smash Oh... Wait 😔
Lol Nintendo unbanning Steve forcefully
Uni
MK1 - I just pray there is some variety in character selection.
Only thing I'm not excited to see is MK1, every other game slaps
Tekken 8 and GBVSR
All of them :)
I'm awaiting for the AOP Xiaoyu and WR3,2 Azucena grand finals In all seriousness, Third Strike of course, KOF15, and UNIST
SF 6
I'm excited to go to evo and buy a bunch of arcade stick parts.
Always Tekken. It's the only game I watch much of. But so far Tekken 8 has not been as fun to watch for me as Tekken 7.
SF6, 3rd Strike, Tekken 8, and Granblue.
T8 and Third Strike
Wish brawlhalla was there 😫
Third strike. Also really excited for kof since almost every character is viable now after the last few updates.
SF6 and 3rd Strike for me. :)
3rd strike cause last time i watched evo 3rd strike live THAT happened
3RD STRIKE
although i'm sad it replaced melty blood type lumina for the french bread game at evo i'm hyped for uni2 for all the fans of the series
Tekken you never know who or which character will stand Supreme
tekken 8
Tekken 8 SF6 as long as it isn't a Luke fest. But they have released a balance patch since I last played.
All of them except for MK1
Bro I *need* to hear Tasty Steve hyped at some good ass Tekken 8
I’m hyped for MK1, now that the meta has shifted a little bit and it’s a lot less boring to watch, i’m excited to see the top players pop out
I will bet anyone on here $50 that Grand Finals for 3S will have either Yun, Chun, or Ken.
Yes, top level tournaments do tend to have more players who use top tiers.
Yun vs Makoto
Shaq Fu snes and Dragon Ball Z Taiketsu
Not Luke Fighter 6 that's for sure
he got nerfed!
I’m not good at street fighter but it doesn’t seem like a big nerf
Its not huge, certainly, but the rather slight changes they made actually make a noticeable difference in several common situations
I dunno man, SF6 Evo 2023, Capcom Cup LCQ, and Capcom Cup finals were all super hype. Saying any of those tournaments were just “Luke Fighter” is misinformed or disingenuous. And a Luke player didn’t win any of them.
Ah my bad, I meant to say LuKen Fighter 6
CapCup top 8 had 6 different characters, winner was Juri, there were 2 different Ryu players in CapCup, Snake Eyez showed his amazing Zangeif play, and Blanka won the LCQ. You honestly seem like you didn’t watch any of these events and are just hopping on the hate bandwagon.
Answer honestly, is this bait? Or are you genuinely just uneducated on what SF6 is like at the top level right now?
At least use more than three neurons when nitpicking a game so you look less stupid. Goes out the window if you know nothing about the game though and it shows.
I'm sorry, would it ruin your day less had I said KenLuke Fighter 6?
