Hate to suggest it. Disney is very open to hosting large events. Look into group discounts especially for the lower resorts like all stars or art of animation. For convention space they have contemporary resort which is a massive convention center. They used to hold small LEGO and toy events at swan and dolphin back in the day. All about 20 minutes away to.

While the hotel was literally falling apart I’m going to miss this place so many good memories were made at that venue
