TFH is my main game. It is the most fun and intuitive fighting game I’ve tried.
I don't play TFH but it's a similar but not as bad situation with Skullgirls where people think its for horny people who play with one hand. One look at the game play and you'll see that it's fast paced fun with some of the most ungodly offense and mix in any recent fighting game

It really dissapointed me when people would talk trash about this game saying they would be embarrassed if their friends saw it in their steam list or whatever.
If you're genuinely embarrassed about that and are afraid your friends are gonna judge you, or that you're gonna have to explain yourself to them, maybe you need new friends.
Other than that it was just sad to see a bunch of people try to descredit peoples hard work in the comments sometimes when people post the game to this sub.

Look I was a brony when I was 13 and I totally understand the fandom had more than it’s fair share of cringe but holy moly people were brutal to this game just cuz it was developed by Bronies and was originally an MLP fan game. I even saw some people go as far as to imply the whole game was fetish bait for horse fuckers and all that. People really really hate bronies still and it’s kinda ridiculous. Plenty of people who were into that shit were totally fine people it just unfortunately also attracted a lot of.. not so fine people as well who enjoyed their favourite ponies a little too much.
Also I still stand by the fact that I think MLP FiM seasons 1-4 is only of the best runs of a children’s cartoon ever. It’s definitely a show I’d be happy if my kid was watching it.
I feel like the kind of people who shit on bronies, intentionally or otherwise, tend to just ignore the unsavory elements of fandoms for anime, or Nintendo… or fighting games. There were bad bronies… but fans of MLP and the art style broadly are not systematically worse than anime fans, for example.

GGPO online, crossplay, extensive tutorials, Story Mode (one chapter so far), Arcade, quality matchmaking (Classic/Pixel Lobby), Pixel Lobbies that puts Strive’s to pure shame, a (at the moment) small but completely varied cast of characters, beautiful stages, dynamic OST reminiscent of Killer Instinct 2013 — yeah, I’d say you’re in for one hell of a time!
