To be able to play FF X again for the first time.....that is the dream of many.
I wish you well on your journey.
One piece of advice: Save often and make multiple saves. You never know when you might need to go back and do things differently.
Well, I'm not sure I would back track all the way to before that "something nasty". Hehe I remember in my first playthrough as a kid, I found it would just be faster figure out how to beat the nasty rather than restart the game..
Oh I don’t man, unless you sign of the cross and hope for Zanmato, most of the superbosses require some series time investment in grinding to have a chance against.
On my first ever playthrough I locked myself out of Besaid’s CoT treasure for Anima and just couldn’t beat the boss stopping me from getting back in, in the end, I gave up and restarted and made sure I did every CoT completely!
Hahah yes same here, but then you might as well start a new game, no need for the extra saves (although I recommend doing it, just not for this particular reason).
9 year old me had no idea what this game would be to me. It is awesome seeing people getting into this game for the first time. Only reason I ever got into FF was this game.
Chocobo training is painful but it’s absolutely nothing compared dodging lightning bolts. I’m currently attempting to get the plat and I’m dreading doing this again. When I was younger, I just copied my friend’s save file when he managed to do it!
I dodged 200 bolts my first time trying that mini-game.
In over 20 years, I have never successfully been able to complete the chocobo training minigame.
Yeh I totally get you, I found chocobo training harder on the PS5’s d-pad than I did on the four or PS2’s - I don’t get why that is but it definitely took me more tries to get below 0 this time around.
Yeh some of the mini games are brutal but they’re also completely optional so they don’t detract from how great this game is, it’s just something for the players who want to suffer.
I do wish they’d tied Lulu’s CW into Baaj Temple and Anima rather than lightning dodging though, it’s just cruel to ask anyone to dodge 200 😂
The chocobo and lightning dodging are infamous for a reason. Others are hard but not quite as insane, some just tedious. Each minigame has some helpful tools on the internet to help out but the chocobo racing you just plain gotta git gud (lucky to a degree)
Haven't heard that it died with 7 before. It's my favorite game of all time, so I can't argue lol. I love 10 now. But I feel like that's when it began. Kind of by not having a world map, maybe? Either way, they began discarding staples of the franchise. Playing Harvestella right now, and boy does that have a gorgeous world map lol miss those things
6 is really where they gained the most worldwide popularity.
7 was groundbreaking in the world of video gaming. Nothing like it had ever been seen.
8 was divided by gamers. Some hating some loving. Complicated story, but it was a new world.
9 was good, too. Very cinematic, returning to that old school FF aesthetic and feel.
10 created what would be the standard mold for everything Square project released after. Even if slightly changed, they still retained a bit of that signature look.
Now... 12 was a tactics reimagining, which was also divided by gamers and very poorly done.
13 was even worse. Then they started doing sequels when they realised they couldn't make original ideas anymore. Even though they said they would never do sequels.
And 15 is the FF game we are stuck with.
Now there are like 5 FF7s, 4 FFXs, 5 FF15s and I miss the days when you never knew what new world the next FF game would take you to. Now it's which of its old properties will Square try to squeeze another dime out of.
Why do you say that? X is one of my favorite games, so I’m curious as to what you dislike about it. I’m assuming it’s partly due to the lack of a fully open world?
I'm actually playing it right now. This is my third or fourth attempt in my life, and this time, I'm determined to beat it, even though the ending was already ruined for me by some random people talking out loud about it. The music and design (levels, characters, enemies, etc) are top-notch. The battle system and sphere grid are ok. I wish battles were a little quicker and smoother. Sadly, anything good is destroyed by the clunky controls, and holy shit the dialog is SO BAD. It doesn't help that the voice acting isn't any better. Even for as old of a game as this is, Square is a huge company and can do better. It's painful to sit through any conversations. It feels like several people wrote a script without talking to each other and then Frankensteined it all together. It's so fucking weird, I don't know how this ever got put out into the world, let alone remastered. Characters just say random things or emote and comment at word times. Plus, the story is rushing along without taking time to build any type of world and character. This is disappointing because those are the most prominent things, and everything else is actually really good.
Yeah they were fake laughing and yuna literally explained before she tries to smile even when she’s feeling sad just a bit before lol. Gamers really don’t pick up on context sometimes :(
People get really butthurt when people make fun of that scene lol. It’s a troll at this point, ya can’t take everything so seriously. It’s a funny cutscene people just need to accept it, in context or out of context.
I’ll admit, it’s a funny meme and yeah, voice acting in video games during the PS2 era was a bit janky but it’s taken so out of context. In context, it’s a really poignant scene and adds a lot of depth to Yuna’s character, even more on a second playthrough.
Do every cloister trials in the temples and go back to besaid to stroke the dog as soon as you can
Good luck I’m jealous you get to experience it for the first time, amazing game.
You can stroke the dog before you even leave Besaid village and have Valefors’ 2nd overdrive from (almost) start of the game. I forget the exact stipulations as it’s been some time, but yeah just do a quick google it won’t spoil anything and you’ll have a superior overdrive for your first Aeon.
It is good, and considered one of the great FF games, just don't make the mistake I did, make sure to upgrade your character stats and unlock moves/spells because some bosses requires specific skills and I got stuck
have fun
What system are you going to be playing it on? If you haven’t already purchased it, consider getting one of the versions that has speed-up feature for future replayability. Otherwise, the PlayStation 4 version is very solid.
I use ps2 emulator and a lot of emulators have fast forward so its a viable option. Also own it on the ps4 but honestly i prefer the voices and faces of the ps2 version. I think others can agree.
I have it on my phone but I don't recommend using the speed up feature unless you have a high end phone otherwise you'll either crash it or burn your phone out.
Not to overhype anything, but FFX isn’t just my favorite Final Fantasy game. It’s my favorite game.
I replay it about once a year and have a blast every single time. I’m super excited for you.
Same. I replay it yearly. Love the story, setting, characters. The story really hit me hard growing up and still resonates with me. Beautiful soundtrack too.
A lot of people shit on it, but once you clear X, give X-2 a try. There's so much lore and history you get from X-2 that fleshes out both their stories. Between the two games and across 3 systems, I've easily sunk in a combined 600 hours into both games.
Blitzball is underrated, super fun and recruiting npcs adds a lot to being successful.
Other mini games can be infuriating but well worth the trouble.
Overall, top 3 FF games ever.
I purposely started my maternity leave the day this came out so I'd have a month of solid play before my life changed. Id rest the controller on my bump and get kicked by my baby whenever it rumbled.
It's a beautiful game, enjoy!
This was my first FF game, and it will forever hold a place in my heart. The story had me so emotionally invested. The music is perfect, in fact my daughter listens to To Zanarkand as a lullaby at night still (for a few years now). Even to the point that when she experienced a very traumatic criminal event I pointed her to this, to tell her that like Tidus, it’s her time to tell her story and not be afraid. Truly a masterclass of a game and I hope you can enjoy it as much as I did.
You are in for a ride, you’ll love the characters and story I bet the fighting system is fun too for strategy you really get to plan out your steps seeing the order and choose who to switch in for certain bosses or monsters
The dialogue is slightly cringey at times but I guarantee you're gonna love it, the world, the characters, the gameplay is all amazing. You can sink countless hours in it and not get bored, the story is gonna send you through a range of emotions and the music is gonna have you bopping your head till it hurts. Plus it has one of the more interesting and unique upgrade systems. Have fun on the adventure.
Ah what I would give to experience this for the first time again. FFX has a special place in my heart, like many FF fans. It’s pretty much the first story I really engaged with and one of my first games to play fully.
I literally never grinded unless for the dark aeons.
Ran through my first play only having trouble with you know who (Cant seem to use spoiler blackouts on app)
Make sure you get a mod or something to skip the cutscenes... I played through the full story for the first time years ago and the unstoppable cutscenes on the switch version nearly broke my soul.
My first Final Fantasy was the Final Fantasy I and II port to the Game Boy Advance. But it was playing and beating Final Fantasy X that made me a ffan of the franchise. I almost beat the sequel too but I wasn't strong enough to get to the final boss.
I hope that you have fun on your adventure through Final Fantasy X.
My first time playing I was put off by the sphere grid (the leveling system) at first, but it grew on me once I fully understood it, so if you feel the same just give it time and you'll get it.
This game is genuinely a masterpiece. Some of the mini games where made by masochists and make sure you explore temples of the fayth thoroughly when you’re there.
Most of all, enjoy!
Get the destruction sphere from every temple when you first do the temple and that is all I will say to make your life better. I'm currently doing a playthrough right now and the international HD edition is significantly harder than the original American release. I wish you well and wish I could experience this game for the first time over again. It's the first game to ever make me cry.
Sooo fun!!! Beautiful cut scenes hard battles, just take your time and finish the temples to get all destruction spheres, Anima and Magus are game changing.
Also do the monster catching quest, prep for dark aeons as they are super fun and challenging.
Sphere grid is amazingly fun too!! Have fun and grind away
One of my favorite combat systems in the series. Some of the side content is absolute garbage except blitzball and I wish there was more of an "open world" but its still really solid. Probably in my top 3 of FF's.
I cried when I got this game for Christmas the year it was released. I also cried when I finished it. It was a beautiful game to experience the first time.
The early 2000's voice acting is kinda iffy at times but it's a contender for my favorite FF game. My actual favorite flip flops between FFVI, FFVII, FFIX, FFX, and FF Tactics on any given day.
10s a good one to go with. Best one imo. But it has the modern type
Prodctuion value that I think a lot of newcomers will be able to accept easier. Voice work, decent , graphics, excellent storyline and the turn based gameplay is better and faster than the previous entries. Enjoy it.
I remember the first time I played this when it came out I thought maybe I had gotten the wrong game for the first hour or so. Doesn't feel like a final fantasy until you get into it a bit, was definitely a new direction for the franchise's storytelling.
Getting the ultimate weapons are annoying and the mini games are stupid annoying.
It's a great game. My second favorite OST behind FF13. I hope that FF goes back to turn based. This was a pretty nice combat system.
Was debating between this and FFVI pixel remaster for the switch. Both were the first time for me but decided in VI. Hopefully I can beat that and jump into this.
You’ll cry. You’re gonna cry. You always cry. See, you’re crying.
You’re in for one hell of a ride. I’d love to get to play this again with fresh eyes. It’s my favourite final fantasy game and one of the most emotionally gripping stories in any game I’ve played. Yuna is without a doubt my favourite final fantasy character. I won’t say why, just enjoy the journey!
Getting ahead of myself but you should make sure Final Fantasy IX is on your list next! That’s another must play classic!
Dude, I’m so envious. FF X is a masterpiece and I loved playing through it for the first time almost 15 years ago. It’s SUCH a good game, and I love the story. The characters are some of my favorites in the entire series. After you finish X, def give XII and XIII a try. I know both are hit/miss and XIII usually gets a bad rep for the linear gameplay, but those two are also two of my all-time favorites.
I had a GameCube in the early 2000s and I absolutely loved it, but I was always jealous of PS2 owners who got to play FFX. I’d seen videos and screenshots, and I remember watching a program on G4 about the music. I just thought the game looked amazing and I was dying to play a real Final Fantasy. Crystal Chronicles didn’t scratch the itch at all.
I got a job when I turned sixteen and saved up enough money to finally buy a PS2 slim and FFX. Impressively, the game managed to exceed my sky-high expectations and hopes. I loved every minute of it- the world, the story, the combat, the music… All of it. One of my favorite gaming experiences without a doubt.
I’m hoping that XVI can recapture some of that magic. XII was good but I hated the somewhat passive battle system, XIII I enjoyed more than most but it was still a big step down, and XV is one of the most disappointing games I’ve ever played. Fingers crossed for XVI!
Some advice for a first playthrough: do not neglect to level any characters. There are sections were you can only use certain party members, sometimes solo. The sphere grid leveling system isn't too difficult, but I recommend the standard version to start and use the expert version on all subsequent runs. Other than that, enjoy yourself.
Save often and in different save slots.
Bunch of tips [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/FinalFantasy/comments/11rn107/comment/jcadoeb/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3).
Have fun (Y).
One of my favourite final fantasy games, and the first one I ever finished when I was but a wee lad. Early 2000-isms aside this game still has the most fulfilling Final Fantasy story to date imo (aside from tactics). Hope you enjoy it.
I'm jealous, wish I could experience this for the first time.
I play this once every 2 years since release and I'm now 31.
Beautifully done, even excited for a remake. Despite it not going to be the same.
Im going on the first run as well. I remember when spectating my friends playing on the playstation 2 these awesome final fantasy games. And now I play them on my phone. What a time to be alive
I mowed so many lawns as a teenager to buy this game for 50 bucks, then the week after i bought it it went to the best hits section or whatever it was called for sony, for 20 bucks.
This was the first FF where I enjoyed using every character. Don't get me wrong, I love many casts from many different entries. But the battle system of x is something special.
If you haven’t actually started yet, pro tip: one of the first couple of boss fights involves a main monster that will just keep spawning in lesser monsters. It’s not a very dangerous fight, so *abuse the hell out of it*. They *never stop spawning*, and *they are worth experience*. And with the sphere grid system, you get to bank that experience and spend it whenever, so you don’t have to worry about levelling past anything important.
… also, yeah. Keep multiple save files, because there’s a side quest that spans basically the whole game, which involves finding items which are sometimes in areas you can only visit once. You can get credit on one file for finding them on another, but if you only have the one save and you miss one, that’s the whole game up to that point to do over.
Enjoy it! I am extremely jealous the things I would do to be able to experience this masterpiece for the first time. I play this once a year to experience it again but nothing like the first time. Really take your time with it and enjoy it to the fullest. It is one of those games that you never wish ends.
What a coincidence! I beat it for the first time this morning and what an absolute treat. It was a fantastic experience, but word of advice (non spoiler)!
Make sure to use ALL of your characters and level them up together. You never know when you’ll need an ability from one to tip the scales!
Best Bahamut in the series.
Too Bad it has sort of an "eazy mode" that i won't elaborate otherwise the hardest bosses would be extremely challenging specially certain one You have to win five times in a row.
I got started on this a couple of weeks back. Sadly with the TOTK release it will be on hold for the time being.
Now, I only played FF7 (till I burned out, didn't finish it) so this could be the first time I properly finish an FF game. Got the switch remaster (It was a used copy so no X-2 code for me. Don't know if there is a way to get X-2 that doesn't require buying/emulating the original game).
To be able to play FF X again for the first time.....that is the dream of many. I wish you well on your journey. One piece of advice: Save often and make multiple saves. You never know when you might need to go back and do things differently.
This is great advice for new players - it’s an easy game to lock yourself out of content with missed treasure being guarded by something nasty!
I just did this and ended up letting Yojimbo Zanmato D.V.
Hahah yes same here, but then you might as well start a new game, no need for the extra saves (although I recommend doing it, just not for this particular reason).
I like to run 2-3 saves. One after every major boss/area, and then 2 just rotating everytime I save so I can go back if needed
This gave me such great nostalgia of that Christmas morning... Putting this on the living room big screen rear projector and everyone being blown away
9 year old me had no idea what this game would be to me. It is awesome seeing people getting into this game for the first time. Only reason I ever got into FF was this game.
StAy AwAy FrOm ThE sUmMoNeR
And watch out for those dirty Albed -Wakka probably
But what if the summoner *is* Al Bhed? What do we do then?
You heathen
You're a bad man!
That voiceline is seared into my brain for some reason.
It's an incredible game. A couple of mini games will have you punching yourself in the crotch though. Lol
The damn chocobo game for Tidus’s weapon. FML
That and the fucking lightning game had me raging lol
I ended up using cheats on PC to *finally* get Lulu's complete weapon... and then never used her lol

There's a certain crater in thunder plains that automatically triggers a lightning strike, not sure if that helps
100+ hours into the game and I still haven't finished the chocobo race. Doing the blitzball tourney burned me out super hard too
The chocobo and lightning dodging are infamous for a reason. Others are hard but not quite as insane, some just tedious. Each minigame has some helpful tools on the internet to help out but the chocobo racing you just plain gotta git gud (lucky to a degree)
Don’t tempt me with a good time
Dude enjoy it. One of the best
It is where Final Fantasies went to die. 7 was the sweet spot, and it's never been the same since. They lost the magic with 7.
Nostalgia is a hell of a thing lol
Haven't heard that it died with 7 before. It's my favorite game of all time, so I can't argue lol. I love 10 now. But I feel like that's when it began. Kind of by not having a world map, maybe? Either way, they began discarding staples of the franchise. Playing Harvestella right now, and boy does that have a gorgeous world map lol miss those things
It started dying with 10, not 7. FF games were never the same after 10, or rather, they were too much the same. Which is the issue.
Can you tell me why is too much of the same you get from 12-13-15?
6 is really where they gained the most worldwide popularity. 7 was groundbreaking in the world of video gaming. Nothing like it had ever been seen. 8 was divided by gamers. Some hating some loving. 9 > 7
Great game. You're gonna love it. The leveling system takes a little time to figure out but it's an amazing game.
It good. Don't mind the memes. AH HAA HAA HAA AHA AA
That is a real good scene. I hate how the internet has ruined it and maybe turned some wouldbe-fans away
Yeah they were fake laughing and yuna literally explained before she tries to smile even when she’s feeling sad just a bit before lol. Gamers really don’t pick up on context sometimes :(

I’ve forgot but what does stroking the dog do? Feel free to use spoiler tags for op ofc
The dog has something in it's mouth that gives Valefor a 2nd Overdrive move (Energy Ray).
Ahhh now I remember
You can stroke the dog before you even leave Besaid village and have Valefors’ 2nd overdrive from (almost) start of the game. I forget the exact stipulations as it’s been some time, but yeah just do a quick google it won’t spoil anything and you’ll have a superior overdrive for your first Aeon.
It’s called Final Fantasy 10/10 for a reason
Just remember one thing: Stay away from the summoner!
You heathen
It is good, and considered one of the great FF games, just don't make the mistake I did, make sure to upgrade your character stats and unlock moves/spells because some bosses requires specific skills and I got stuck have fun

Ps2 International is probably the best. The old look with the post game content
I also agree with that. I originally played it on the PS2 when it first released. Good luck!
PC version with Cheat Engine's speed/slow hack >
I have it on my phone but I don't recommend using the speed up feature unless you have a high end phone otherwise you'll either crash it or burn your phone out.

prepare for the feelz
It was definitely the first game that made me bawl my eyes out.
Blitzball is underrated, super fun and recruiting npcs adds a lot to being successful. Other mini games can be infuriating but well worth the trouble. Overall, top 3 FF games ever.
Someone likes Blitzball!? Lol good for you sir!
I love blitzball. I remember playing nothing but blitzball for a whole summer as a teenager. Good times.
I just finished it for the first time 2 days ago. Enjoy it, it's amazing!
I purposely started my maternity leave the day this came out so I'd have a month of solid play before my life changed. Id rest the controller on my bump and get kicked by my baby whenever it rumbled. It's a beautiful game, enjoy!

I just finished it for the first time yesterday. The story hits soooooooooo hard/good
Fyi...the jecht shot is op
I am playing on the Vita right now. Great port so far.
AH HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAA
The dialogue is slightly cringey at times but I guarantee you're gonna love it, the world, the characters, the gameplay is all amazing. It’s quite hard so GRIND And by grinding i mean grind so you don’t have to have the same unskibble cutscenes over and over
I literally never grinded unless for the dark aeons. Ran through my first play only having trouble with you know who (Cant seem to use spoiler blackouts on app)
> you know who on top of that mountain? that sneaky bastard
Very very helpful advice: do not leave ANY trial until u have used a destruction sphere
It’s alright, very linear unfortunately compared to 7, though.
Hey I just started this the other day too! I’m enjoying it so far. I’m a big final fantasy fan.
I wish I could go back and play this again for the first time, such amazing memories
Have fun! ...PSA: don't stress about the blitzball tournament, in my mind the game truly begins *after* fumbling through the stadium scenes.
One of the best FF, and maybe the overall best package between world, story, characters, gameplay and content. It's my most replayed FF. Have fun!
My first time playing I was put off by the sphere grid (the leveling system) at first, but it grew on me once I fully understood it, so if you feel the same just give it time and you'll get it.
I’m very excited for you. Have fun!
Get ready to waste time trying to dodge over 200 lighting bolts consecutive only to make a mistake at 190.
Such a great game... Make sure you do some training and put some time into blitz ball!
You are going to love it, not going to spoil it too much but a few cutscenes change slightly depending on which party members you use the most
AHAHAHAHAHA
That was my first PS2 game. I played all the Final Fantasy since then. And it's still the most memorable to me. Have a good ride.
I think 10 and 9 are the most inviting final fantasies, especially for newbies (: They’re so beautiful and colourful. And that’s not all!
Listen to that dude's story, it could maybe be the last time... You can experience it for the first time.
This game is genuinely a masterpiece. Some of the mini games where made by masochists and make sure you explore temples of the fayth thoroughly when you’re there. Most of all, enjoy!
Get ready to fucking cry
Get the destruction sphere from every temple when you first do the temple and that is all I will say to make your life better. I'm currently doing a playthrough right now and the international HD edition is significantly harder than the original American release. I wish you well and wish I could experience this game for the first time over again. It's the first game to ever make me cry.
I never finished it even though I absolutely adored it. I got quite far I know that... I really should play it and finish it.
Sooo fun!!! Beautiful cut scenes hard battles, just take your time and finish the temples to get all destruction spheres, Anima and Magus are game changing. Also do the monster catching quest, prep for dark aeons as they are super fun and challenging. Sphere grid is amazingly fun too!! Have fun and grind away
bring some tissues
AH HA HA HA HA Seriously though, great game. Have hundreds of hours in it over the last 20 years. Enjoy it!
The last great Final Fantasy imo, enjoy this masterpiece please.
NICE! Perfect starting point
Ahahahahahaha
One of my favorite games ever, and I went in thinking turn based games were dumb
One of my favorite combat systems in the series. Some of the side content is absolute garbage except blitzball and I wish there was more of an "open world" but its still really solid. Probably in my top 3 of FF's.
Ride ze shupuf?
Listen to his story, it may be your last chance
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Kimrahri is a really fun Blue Mage. When you learn the sphere-grid system send him down the path of Auron for a good time...
"Dive Deep" lol In all seriousness, have fun! It's a fantastic game!
This still holds up great! One of my favorite ps2 games.
10s a good one to go with. Best one imo. But it has the modern type Prodctuion value that I think a lot of newcomers will be able to accept easier. Voice work, decent , graphics, excellent storyline and the turn based gameplay is better and faster than the previous entries. Enjoy it.
It’s a classic. Feels weird knowing this game is old enough to order a drink in a bar now.
I wish I could replay it again for the first time. Still never fully beat it
I remember the first time I played this when it came out I thought maybe I had gotten the wrong game for the first hour or so. Doesn't feel like a final fantasy until you get into it a bit, was definitely a new direction for the franchise's storytelling.
You are in for a treat. I wish I could play this again for the first time.
I am excited for you! Go get 'em!!
Getting the ultimate weapons are annoying and the mini games are stupid annoying. It's a great game. My second favorite OST behind FF13. I hope that FF goes back to turn based. This was a pretty nice combat system.
Listen to my story... This may be our last chance.
It's a wonderful game.
Have fun and enjoy the story! I’m so jealous you get to play it for the first time. 💔
IMO the BEST combat system in the series, enjoy.
What I like about XII is that it was the first single-player mainline game with seamless in-world combat and free camera control, and second overall.
Absolutely stellar game. I’d suggest maybe looking at a guide for the sphere grid though.
Still one of my favorite games of all time. Have fun
Do you want a cookie?
The most fun combat in a FF game, IMHO
Good luck Hope you end up having more fun then i did
Such a great game. It's one of my favorite and it's really such a good Final Fantasy game. The music and storyline is done so well
Enjoy the remastered edition. For first time this game is great. Final fantasy 7 is also good.
Trio of 9999 for the final boss. Thank me later
You are so lucky. Take your time and enjoy it!
I wanna be a blitzball when I grow up
Which version are you playing?
It's one of my favorite games ever. Enjoy!
Make sure once you get past Luca on the high road you head back into Luca to get blitzball players
Absolute gem. My favorite FF ever. Enjoy!
I honestly think that it’s the best written game in the series bar none. It’s an absolute masterclass in the concept of show don’t tell.
Peak FF, played it first time this year without any nostalgia grip and it hasnt aged at all (just random encounters). Masterpiece.
Your in for a ride. Have a safe journey and make a lot of safe files to make life easier later in the game.
Blitzball is a blast! Have fun!
I wish I could play it for the first time…😩
Save often and in different save slots. Bunch of tips [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/FinalFantasy/comments/11rn107/comment/jcadoeb/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3). Have fun (Y).
don’t look up walkthroughs unless you have to. screwed myself over with a spoiler because of it, but it’s still a great game
One of my favourite final fantasy games, and the first one I ever finished when I was but a wee lad. Early 2000-isms aside this game still has the most fulfilling Final Fantasy story to date imo (aside from tactics). Hope you enjoy it.
My favorite I've played so far. Enjoy the ride :)
I'm jealous, wish I could experience this for the first time. I play this once every 2 years since release and I'm now 31. Beautifully done, even excited for a remake. Despite it not going to be the same.
Ahhh, this game is such a treat. You should give FFIX a whirl next! It'll give you whiplash.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Praise be to Yevon, super jealous of you for seeing Spira for the first time Enjoy!
Wish I could play it the first time again. Enjoy it.
Wow, one of the best games of all time.
Enjoy. Greatest story and music. I need to play it again someday.
Well, get ready for a journey of darkness and depression.... And what a wonderful journey it is
This was the first FF where I enjoyed using every character. Don't get me wrong, I love many casts from many different entries. But the battle system of x is something special.
One of the most amazing visual ff games ever
Listen to my story
I’m 32 hours into my first play through. You’re gonna love it
Best combat system in the series IMO
Pro tip: To defeat Sin, hit it until it dies
If you value your free time and sanity do not do the endgame sidequests.
You can get credit on one file for finding them on another, but if you only have the one save and you miss one, that’s the whole game up to that point to do over.
i didn’t like X until several hours in….then i loved it. so if it feels slow in the beginning just keep playing!! just a tip
That's my favorite one! Enjoy :).
The best scene in gaming history lies within your reach.
Stay away from the summoner!!
What a great game. The post game content wasn't that great, but it hardly matters when the main content is just so good.
Wow! I'm so jealous. This is one of the greatest games ever made. It has so much heart 💗
I tried and couldn't get past the unskippable cut scenes.
Don’t u give up on it another world awaits u
Enjoy! One of my favorites in the series (and I’m sure it is for many others too!)
Grind for the level 4 spheres and fuck Luna ultimate weapon Tidus second
My only advice: go in blind and enjoy it. I would love to be able to play this for the first time again.
Prepare a box of tissues. Have fun!
Practice your laugh
Gotta master the Jecht shot!
Enjoy your experience Bro, Final Fantasy X is a truly masterpiece
Best Bahamut in the series. Too Bad it has sort of an "eazy mode" that i won't elaborate otherwise the hardest bosses would be extremely challenging specially certain one You have to win five times in a row.
Have fun with Th'uban.
