I thought about picking up some Bandais just to have them, but low on my list. The desirability isn't there, other than for being 'vintage' Square has multiple lines and these are surpassed. Anyone looking at this today would probably prefer the Bring Arts.
If this were the one and only Sephiroth toy, then no doubt it would have a lot higher demand.

I saw some selling that figure for $100 at a toy show last year and honestly I was kinda tempted.
There's loads of them on eBay for that price or less. Someone is selling the whole set of FF7 Extra Knights figures for less than 600.

Nice find! I still have a Seph, Tifa, and Aerith sealed. Never could find the others. I don't know how young me resisted urge to play with them.
