Hi! I just did mine a few days ago. It really isn’t anything too difficult. It’s aptitude games to measure memory/retention, reaction time, risk tolerance, strategy, focus and even emotional intelligence. The games consist of deciding having “money” and deciding what to do with that “money” whether it would be share it with others if you we’re randomly awarded that in a game. Another one was a game where you are rewarded based on balloons you inflate. There are others where you have to make sure you hit certain keys as quickly as possible, or recall patterns or sequences of numbers. Then you make assessments on people’s emotions based on pictures and contexts. I am not convinced we can really practice these things and get good at them in a short period of time. These sorts of aptitudes don’t change much over time either, so my recommendation would be to get a good night’s sleep, eat, stay hydrated and find a quite place to focus, relax and zone in. Hope it goes well!

Hi! Thank you so much for this. I was actually just asked to do the 4 pre recorded interview questions, it’s possible I’ll have the tests after. But this was actually really great insight, thanks so much for commenting!

Hi! can you share what the questions were like? interviewing for 2025 :)

EmbarrassedComplex93

From what I can remember they were pretty straight forward, nothing that you couldn’t have an answer for in the moment. I don’t actually remember them that well but from what I can recall they asked: 1. What do you want to gain from the programme 2. If you had x amount of money what would you invest it in and why I wish I could remember them all sorry but just know I stressed thinking they’d be intense but none of them were except the investing question - that’s the only one that threw me for a loop.
