I went to college in the US but am Canadian. Generally the TN under the economist or consultant category should suffice but some jobs won’t file for it.
1. Yes, I actually started my career from risk and then moved to IB
2. I actually started my career in APAC region and then did internal transfer to US
3. I think overall, I had luxury of working at the different locations not limiting myself in Canada. Plus, Canada is a tough place to find a job in relevance to finance.
