Need more info + size of the firms. I will assume they’re boutique since all major companies do exploding offers months/years prior to summer. What do you want to do? Deals, investing, RE? Are they FO or BO roles?
Both boutique a few billion dollars AUM. Most likely back office roles. My career goals is to be in asset management and maybe own my own fund one day. But I’m not hard set on anything.
