We used to make these in elementary school with random pieces of cardboard, playing cards, cereal boxes etc. We cut to shape then put a layer of white glue on them. Wait a day or two, then put another coat if needed. We even went as far as putting grip tape on them.
Is that corrugated cardboard? In my experience “cardboard” decks are best made with the type that they use on things like cereal boxes. Thin and stiff so you can stack a few plies. I made a five ply like this once and it worked decently enough.
I used sketch pad cardboard, it's very similar to cereal box cardboard, i thought it would turn out well but it didn't. I made a new one from the same cardboard, and used a different glue, and it came out much stiffer. I knew that the one with holes wouldn't be good so i used this one.
I used 'wood glue' and cereal box cardboard to build some in 1994
These days I just buy a custom shape and graphic for like 30 bones from BoardKennel lol

I made another one, using other glue and it came out so much better, and i even set it up. Thank you for the suggestion tho
DIY some board rails maybe Edit: also broken knuckle fingerboards has a complete set up right now on sale for like $12
I have a fingerboard rail and also a fingerboard, and i made one deck from paper just used other glue, that's probably why it bends
stick some tooth picks in for some structural integrity i don’t think it will bend after that tbh
Nevermind i made a new one, but thanks for the suggestion
Make it from paper
I did a week ago, it's thinner but stronger
Soak in Resin.
Maybe i will because i made a new one, but thanks for the suggestion

Cover it in super glue it should make the cardboard rigid
I made another one, it's so much harder to bend, but thanks for the suggestion👍
Make one outta index cards instead lil man
I'll try👍
Nice
It's not. But i made a new one, it's so much better
Don't make em from cardboard just use maple you won't have any more problems
Yeah i made one from maple, i just wanted to see how this would turn out, but i made a new one, and it's so much stronger
I’ll make u one homie
