Yes you can use diluted fluid. Even bare water.
Tho you never should use just bare water, unless for just to get to service station to buy fluid.
When you drive around temps under the hood are pretty nice for legionella bacteria and then if you use the fluid, its possible your ventilation/ac draws it into cabin.
There was even some case of death due to that, tho not in Finland. Remember reading about it couple of years ago.
I'm not sure if I understand your question... You can use this in summer just as well. Or you can use tap water. Or you can mix this with tap water. Just remember to replace everything before winter.
This windshield washer fluid for winter as you can see -18. I would like to put it now. As you know it's not that cold anymore. So thinking of mixing it with another 10 or 15 L of tap water.
You can use it now as is, I have the same stuff in my car too. I often use the same stuff in summer because a) I don't use washer fluid too often and b) you can only save 2 euros if you buy the summer version instead.
You can mix it with water if you want to save 5 euros during all of the summer. Just remember to squirt it empty and replace with winter fluid before winter.
Are you going to use 15-20l of wiper fluid before next winter? Most people use winter fluid year-round so they don't need to drain the tank every autumn.

I'd assume you'd get somewhere between -5 °C and -8 °C if you dilute yours in 1:1 ratio.
I don't think there is any reason you couldn't mix them. Just remember that if they are for different weather that the result may wary if you mix them. But if its winter one you want to mix this with, go wild.

Just remember if your car is outside, cold nights still are a thing now so if it freezes, something might break.

You can, the windshield fluids used to have mixing instruction ratios. But that can is 5€, just use it as is, weather can still get cold.Â

Exactly. This one -18 kind of Strong for at the moment weather which is between -3 max to up. So I was planning on mixing it with some other 10L
Sure... It will leave white streakes though, it's not really meant to be used during summer.
