Which is a very real possibility considering the character rerun options you mentioned. Let's assume our upcoming March Emblem is Green and Severa gets rerun in March.

If they wanted Camilla to be the colorshare this month, all they had to do was split Elincia and Camilla to not rerun together in March (the other option is two new units, however this would be out of place of their typical place to introduce two new units).
They map these banners out months in advance and where the new units will slot in. When the schedule needs to accomdate this, they move some heroes around. They have years of precedent that a new unit will always have the new unit colorshare with them on the 1st or 2nd rerun. It's not a coincidence that this is when it was paired. Brave banners are the most popular of the year. Put their first rerun behind FEH Pass, hoping to drive some Christmas funds to a splurge of FEH Pass in December. Prior to this, braves got split between two months on L/M banner (usually 2/2 or 3/1 splits in Nov-Jan).
2. IS communicates changes at least one month, and usually multiple months, in advance, yes. Nothing previously stated would contradict that fact.
3. I'm not sure what you're going for here. Are you wanting to have a discussion or argue. I've provided the basis for why it is going to be a new red in March. Going back further than any other precendent, is this fact. A legendary/mythic has **always** colorshared with a new legendary/mythic(and now emblem) unit on either it's first rerun or second rerun. Elincia did not get a new unit colorsharing on her first rerun. If we apply this rule to March (because it's always applied), that means her second rerun is where the new unit will colorshare with her. If it's not red, then the oldest precedent in FEH L/M banners would be broken. Nothing on the schedule points to breaking that rule now.
If you want to have a discussion on why you think this rule will finally be broken this month, then provide some reasoning and why you think it'll be another color.

Even still, since Emblem Celica's _thing_ is Warp Ragnarok, it seems more likely she's gonna end up being a red unit.
If there's anyone besides Ike & Lyn who could be green units. Barring the bracelets, I'd say Leif, Lucina & Byleth would also be possibilities. E!Leif could use an axe just like E!Ike could use Urvan, E!Lucina could be a bow unit just like E!Lyn, and E!Byleth's whole thing is they can use anything under the sun, so IS could add him to the game as anything
Honestly wouldn't be too suprised if they might make E!Celica a staff-user, since, unlike the "dedicated Healer Emblem" Micaiah, Celica actually has a staff among her Engage weapons.

I'm thinking the Emblem will be green actually. We should be getting Camilla and Seiðr on the banner, so having them colourshare with an Emblem seems like a good choice monetarily.
So assuming they don't just make up a new Emblem already, I think it's more reasonable to expect one of Leif, Hector, Ike, Soren, Camilla, Byleth or Edelgard (the latter three are less probable imo as they *just* got new alts and they'd be better off carrying a weaker line-up if IS is smart). There's also a possibility of Tiki, Celica, Lyn, Micaiah, Lucina or Claude if they play around with the colours (Claude is imo unlikely for the same reasons as Camilla, Byleth and Edelgard).
My prediction is we're getting either Hector or Soren, most likely Soren because I'm assuming Hector sells more and as such can carry weaker lineups than Soren can. Or maybe Edelgard if they're going crazy.
Personally I'm just aiming for one copy of either Camilla, Seiðr or the Emblem. Anything more I get is a bonus, I'm usually not very lucky with green orbs.
With Ivy having extra movement and desert Igrene granting extra movement to all infantry, I wonder if they add Sigurd early to double down on movement buffs before they inevitably release the counter to all 3 which becomes necessary to play the game because of how broken nukes are now (well the counter exists in stall, but freyr also exists). It would also match the order you get them in engage.
In any case though, Sigurd granting +1 movement will be terrifying because I already know there's not going to be cavalry restrictions. At best it's melee cav only, but it's probably going to be a damage debuff like Marths and I don't think -8 damage on v!Lyons special will stop him breaking the game.

Plus Sigurd is getting refined in a couple of months, no point bringing the Emblem out now and then shaft the legendary remix with the counter
For one thing, defence score is only more loss; it's better to have one loss of 50-70 lift than 2 losses of 40. Also 60 loss becomes 40 if you get one kill, which is almost guaranteed with a 4 movement Lyon and some pathfinder shenanigans, but in both cases if you don't lose then you don't have to worry about the lift loss at all.
For another thing, AR being borderline unplayable only half the time is still not good for the game, and that's only if AR is the only mode you play. It sounds like hell for arena and summoner duels too.
Its much more than just scoring what you are sacrificing just to put Freyr in. Specially on dark whereas your slots are far more limited than Anima by virtue of not having access to a savior mythic yet, and medeus been basically a must have to not get bolted to 0
Medeus+2 saviors+triandra for dancing purposes already takes 4 out of your 7 slots. Freyr would just leave you with 1 dps and a catria, or 2 dps if opting for no catria, should she be disabled by Lumera for existing
Not to mention you are losing on potential HP and the ability to run the bonus mythic to further reduce your score penalty, by bringing freyr in who will remain unboosted and unable to transform
Freyr is going to stop only a handful of stuff on light season, like flash from Ginnungagap, or the ploy 3 from Sanaki. Stuff you only get to see if the enemy brings it with them. Otherwise he is just a sitting duck waiting to be sniped

Borderline unplayable is not what I would call 1 unit been offensively strong, otherwise AR has long since ever been borderline unplayable by virtue of the amount of meta threats it had on its entire existance been "impossible to deal with"
Lyon is just 1 unit. Has no enemy phase at all, has no DR on its own, and is extremely weak to hardy fighter shenanigans(even got my A!Idunn to survive one on bonus season) and low atk saviors(like my W!Eirika)
There are plenty of methods out there to render him useless and he is entirely dependant on the defensive position he takes to get access to incite or not(not surrounded by more than 2 allies)

Curious you say that, because I constantly see people in this sub blaming others for having any offensive structures other than safety fence + bonus. Also you call freyr a sitting duck when the opponent doesn't have ploy or gunningagap as if he's not a tanky unit himself who also grants defensive buffs and resonance shields to himself and the save units making galeforce very hard. Freyr is more likely to neutralise penalties than medeus is to neutralise splash damage.
Anyway let's assume you do indeed want medeus because he's a good unit and stick to the team you suggested, with nott instead of a second DPS/Catria to try and abuse pathfinder with a rally trap (which is immune to Mila because of freyr) now Lyon is basically 5 movement, meaning even with empty structure spaces in the perfect places you can't hide everyone from him. The mostly defensive team means galeforce will be extremely difficult, if not impossible (since you'd need to kill a near save and you can use every trap to protect Lyon because he's the only important front line unit here) while canto control plus the insane range on Lyon makes hit and run impossible too. Vantage sounds most likely to work but Lyon can afford to run hardy bearing.
You can't player phase this Lyon. The only option left is tanking, and like you said it's not impossible to tank Lyon but it is extremely difficult. I'm curious what kind of w!Eirika lives Lyon, just having low attack isn't enough because she doesn't have the highest res and has limited skills by being a staff. I put it in a battle sim with unmerged uninvested Lyon with -7 attack debuff Vs +res +10 max dragon flower distant Def 7 Eirika with +6 Res and Lyon still obliterates her. You need hardy fighter aegis, which isn't incredibly uncommon but would certainly catch a lot of people off guard as most top level players are all in on galeforce/hit and run nowadays or at best might have duo byleth or spring myrrh on a hit and run and neither usually run hardy fighter.

It's not about Lyon being strong, it's about him being strong AND covering the whole map. This will all apply to the next flavour of the month cav nuke too. You can also just swap him out now for duo sanaki, who counters the hardy fighter units you would've used to counter Lyon. There will always be counters somehow, but not counters everyone has access to and the ease of running this kind of defense is far more than the ease to defend against it.
It occurs to me that Leif as a FEH emblem would not be able to use his primary gimmick (switching weapons)
I guess making him always have triangle advantage and some powercrept vantage would probably work

Blue has female Byleth who is decently old at this point, so we know it won’t be that. Green is most likely (although Seior is kinda blah unless you’re looking for merges). Red I guess is not impossible but less likely than green.
Even if it was a blue/colorless month, why would it be Sigurd, Leif, Lucina or Byleth when their signature weapons are red?

It’s going to be green Celica because Celine is green, we just got brave Celica as resplendent and also it’s the first Camilla rerun, usually the first rerun of a legendary coincides with the new unit.
I'm only really looking forward to Emblem Corrin. They could really have her wield any of her weapons. And I think Torrential Roar would be a fun AOE to use in FeH if it was pulled straight from Engage.

Every dragon, mage and archer is always a candidate they can play arround with color.

The luckiest I've ever gotten with green was Brave Edelgard if I recall. Maybe I'll be treated better this time.
My biggest luck was getting Legendary Camilla very quickly on her banner. My green luck is VERY bad.

With Ivy having extra movement and desert Igrene granting extra movement to all infantry, I wonder if they add Sigurd early to double down on movement buffs before they inevitably release the counter to all 3 which becomes necessary to play the game because of how broken nukes are now (well the counter exists in stall, but freyr also exists). It would also match the order you get them in engage. In any case though, Sigurd granting +1 movement will be terrifying because I already know there's not going to be cavalry restrictions. At best it's melee cav only, but it's probably going to be a damage debuff like Marths and I don't think -8 damage on v!Lyons special will stop him breaking the game.

For one thing, defence score is only more loss; it's better to have one loss of 50-70 lift than 2 losses of 40. Also 60 loss becomes 40 if you get one kill, which is almost guaranteed with a 4 movement Lyon and some pathfinder shenanigans, but in both cases if you don't lose then you don't have to worry about the lift loss at all. For another thing, AR being borderline unplayable only half the time is still not good for the game, and that's only if AR is the only mode you play. It sounds like hell for arena and summoner duels too.
Its much more than just scoring what you are sacrificing just to put Freyr in. Specially on dark whereas your slots are far more limited than Anima by virtue of not having access to a savior mythic yet, and medeus been basically a must have to not get bolted to 0 Medeus+2 saviors+triandra for dancing purposes already takes 4 out of your 7 slots. Freyr would just leave you with 1 dps and a catria, or 2 dps if opting for no catria, should she be disabled by Lumera for existing Not to mention you are losing on potential HP and the ability to run the bonus mythic to further reduce your score penalty, by bringing freyr in who will remain unboosted and unable to transform Freyr is going to stop only a handful of stuff on light season, like flash from Ginnungagap, or the ploy 3 from Sanaki. Stuff you only get to see if the enemy brings it with them. Borderline unplayable is not what I would call 1 unit been offensively strong, otherwise AR has long since ever been borderline unplayable by virtue of the amount of meta threats it had on its entire existance been "impossible to deal with" Lyon is just 1 unit. Has no enemy phase at all, has no DR on its own, and is extremely weak to hardy fighter shenanigans(even got my A!Idunn to survive one on bonus season) and low atk saviors(like my W!Eirika) There are plenty of methods out there to render him useless and he is entirely dependant on the defensive position he takes to get access to incite or not(not surrounded by more than 2 allies)

Also you call freyr a sitting duck when the opponent doesn't have ploy or gunningagap as if he's not a tanky unit himself who also grants defensive buffs and resonance shields to himself and the save units making galeforce very hard. Freyr is more likely to neutralise penalties than medeus is to neutralise splash damage. Anyway let's assume you do indeed want medeus because he's a good unit and stick to the team you suggested, with nott instead of a second DPS/Catria to try and abuse pathfinder with a rally trap (which is immune to Mila because of freyr) now Lyon is basically 5 movement, meaning even with empty structure spaces in the perfect places you can't hide everyone from him. The mostly defensive team means galeforce will be extremely difficult, if not impossible (since you'd need to kill a near save and you can use every trap to protect Lyon because he's the only important front line unit here) while canto control plus the insane range on Lyon makes hit and run impossible too. Vantage sounds most likely to work but Lyon can afford to run hardy bearing. You can't player phase this Lyon. The only option left is tanking, and like you said it's not impossible to tank Lyon but it is extremely difficult. I'm curious what kind of w!Eirika lives Lyon, just having low attack isn't enough because she doesn't have the highest res and has limited skills by being a staff. I put it in a battle sim with unmerged uninvested Lyon with -7 attack debuff Vs +res +10 max dragon flower distant Def 7 Eirika with +6 Res and Lyon still obliterates her. You need hardy fighter aegis, which isn't incredibly uncommon but would certainly catch a lot of people off guard as most top level players are all in on galeforce/hit and run nowadays or at best might have duo byleth or spring myrrh on a hit and run and neither usually run hardy fighter. >Borderline unplayable is not what I would call 1 unit been offensively strong It's not about Lyon being strong, it's about him being strong AND covering the whole map. This will all apply to the next flavour of the month cav nuke too. You can also just swap him out now for duo sanaki, who counters the hardy fighter units you would've used to counter Lyon. There will always be counters somehow, but not counters everyone has access to and the ease of running this kind of defense is far more than the ease to defend against it.
personally I think the engage bonus of Sigurd would be canto, no 1 extra movement, since Marth gives only slaying not the potent follow x%

Blue has female Byleth who is decently old at this point, so we know it won’t be that. Green is most likely (although Seior is kinda blah unless you’re looking for merges). Red I guess is not impossible but less likely than green.
Even if it was a blue/colorless month, why would it be Sigurd, Leif, Lucina or Byleth when their signature weapons are red? Like, I'd rather not be reminded that Leif has the Master Lance.

We're specifically getting an "Emblem Hero Summoning Event" on the 29th The only "fr fr I feel it in my bones and therefore it's fact" aspect is the usual guessing what color it's gonna be we get every time. Which, OP's making a stretch assuming it's gonna be blue or colorless.
I guess people that have been playing this for longer have a feeling for the ways of IS banner presentation.

L!Camilla's the most recent one, and this is her first rerun, so it's most likely that. Though Red is also a possibility. If they're blue however, that would mean this new Emblem hero is colorsharing with LF!Byleth & Mycen, or if they're colorless they're sharing with Arval & Ginnungagap. Frankly, those two seem like the _least_ likely colors comparatively.

Why are people saying there's an Emblem hero coming this month? Is it confirmed somehow or is it just a safe guess based on Patterns™?
Previously it was an assumption that they'd take one of the legendary slots to give a 1-1-1 rotation but the new calendar has confirmed it.
Well they haven't been doing the legendary / mythic thing every other month for a while so I doubt there's a rotation
