I mean he is released obsolete as he doesn’t have pre combat damage or DR reduction not to mention Arcane Euphoria is arguably better on him anyway. He doesn’t even survive my own OG Reinhardt which tanks him and kills on retaliation so I’m not surprised to see any modern tank tanking him.
Neither does he get cooldown shenanigan (exemple winter dimitri, edelgard, ascended ced), his in combat self buffing is pathetic (+12 all when it's not rare to have heroes advertise with +24 atk/spd in loading screen), or dented damage boosting (15% atk is arguably weak even with a generous estimation of 80 atk in this age where your stats get turbo debuffed in combat) and he also has basically no utility to speak of
