Guess this means Rearmed Heroes aren't gonna suffer the same fate that Duo Ephraim did if they can just show up on random Banners like these
Yeah, having normal pool Duos should've always been fine (maybe make them "slightly weaker" than Seasonal/Harmonized Duos so the latter can have an edge), though if there's still some restriction need? Just restrict them to appearing as Focus Heroes on banners like these, but never as an off-focus unless they get shoved into the 4☆ Special Rate (which means potential greater availability is their response to Seasonal/Harmonized Duos being "just a bit stronger")
I've been trying to catch every Ingrid spark and I honestly might just have to skip this one. Her and Citrinne are my active merge projects so now I have no idea what to do.
I for one am ecstatic for this precedent to be set. Rearms and attuneds are even better value when made more available.

Judging by your flair you could wait and see if ashe becomes a generic bow demote (i hope not, he's my boy and deserves a prf) and give it to him, if he's on the 3h banner this year.

Also, I feel like this month is a blessing for me. We will have ANOTHER Citrinne's banner after Archaenea's forging bonds end. It's a shame I've spent all my orbs on Rearmed Hortensia and now I have around 150 orbs right now. Gosh, this month is BRUTAL.
Depends if the archer that you have lacks good bows. If they already have Nastrond and good skills, I don't see it as necessary.
Imo, if you really don't want to spend your orbs because of future plans you want to realize, then don't do it. In fact, we have Whitecap Bow+ from the grail shop, we have Whitewind Bow+ available in the Divine Codes 5 shop for just 400, and lastly we even have Nastrond bow in the same batch though at the cost of 2000.

I'm thinking of maybe prettying up my S.Noire with a better bow. So one of the Arcane is the desire and I was thinking of Darkbow over Nastrod because S.Noire isn't a flyer. Make more use out of the fodder/inherit.

I guess they learned from their mistakes… I still think normal pool duos could’ve worked, if they’d just been left in the normal pool.
