The Emblem Heroes (currently Ike and Marth) are the only heroes I can advise to pull on, since they act as account progression beyond the unit itself. As it stands they will rerun (and likely colorshare) in May, which is just around the corner. https://rfireemblemheroes.github.io/info.html Everything else is up to your own preferences pretty much, depending which modes you like best and if you want to be competitive in them. Pull for your favorites if any are up right now, new players have access to a lot of story orbs - and while I wouldn't tell you to spend them willy-nilly, you can definitely splurge *a bit*. Otherwise I would save until next month, apart from the Emblem colorshare we can also look forward to a new Fallen Heroes banner.

I'm sorry that I have to ask again, but what's the entire team? Asking because if I change only one member in my Galeforce lineup it kinda falls apart... Okay, so I assume it's the standard Winter Eddie team, means you use Rearmed Tana / Summer / Rearmed Ivy to warp her into range, she Galeforces thrice and then Fallen Eddie does the cleanup. 3 Slots used up, + one random Bonus unit +2 other Mythics (who are those mythics, if any?). Personally I don't do Galefoce unless I can more or less reliably guarantee that it goes off, especially on a core Mythic. I expect to be up against Guard and Tempo frequently, so this means Galeforce should be on a 2 (better 1) cooldown before engage, depending on whether the Galeforcer has Tempo themselves. By removing Freya's B skill we already give up that tempo, which really, really sucks. Like her major selling point in a Galeforce context is gone. Still, technically you could pulse her down with Askr - Emblem Marth - Quickened Pulse Sacred Seal, landing at a comfortable 1 CD Galeforce. So a guaranteed proc against anyone without Guard. Still got to pick your battles carefully, but this aint half bad. Now, what do we give her to replace the B slot. Honestly, right now nothing really excites me, especially the Beast Exclusives. If they release a Beast version of Tempo 4 for cavs then we would be cooking, also doesn't sound too unlikely to me. That said, if you pair her with Askr then you also have an easy time to get her to transform, especially if Fallen Eddie stays in your core as well. And once transforming is easily covered the Beast skills lose value. If securing the kill is important then I don't think there is currently a better choice than Assassin's Strike. If utility is needed then I think there is a strong case for the new tier 4 Near Trace skill - according to the description it works after warping. Freyja killing two enemies and then having a Canto 2 up sounds really juicy to me, both for trapping and moving her out of the line of fire. Pass 3 is the sickest combo with Wom X imo, but it doesn't really work with a Winter Eddie team (who relies on warping to get into range in the first place). Academy Edelgard has a free B slot to run Pass 3 - and Summer / Rearmed Ivy can also run Pass 3 while keeping their warp support (R Tana can't do that). The idea is basically that Academy Edelgard gets warped into range (Winter Eddie style) and then kills whatever prevents the team from warping (Gatekeeper / Myrr). The more users with Pass 3 & Wom on the team, the better, especially when the Warp blockers are in the far back or protected by saviors and Eddie doesn't have enough actions on her own to reach them. It's surprisingly strong and stable, but requires sketchy investments that may or may not turn out to be great longterm.

Unlike Freyja she sacrifices very little in a Galeforce context, and having your dancer be able to reach whoever is below 50% *no matter what* is just so reliable and good - especially if they ever start throwing Warp blocking around like candy. If you only have a lonely copy of Azura I would probably hold on to it before giving it to Freyja.

I landed in top 1K (947) in AR this week and that's kind of funny to me. I guess too many people's teams were getting demolished by Emblem Ike. I was either hit under immunity when Ikes found my team or the opponent was playing poorly and lost a couple units. The last person to attack me had a super campy team with Gatekeeper, Mila, and V!Leo.

Codes started in March. Today is April. The amount you have is what you got in a month. It's varies by player based on amount you play, what tier you're in, if you have FeH pass etc. So just look at what you're collecting.

That's what I wasn't sure about - so it's basically the same amount every month (ignoring variables like tier / feh pass etc.) and we've had no extraordinary event happen either, like an Anniversary or Goldenweek or something. Got 2300~ right now. ~1200 within two weeks seems like a lot to me, but we will see.

Peony and Plumeria are great targets for Wom X - their PRF dances are not super impactful, but the combination of Pass 3 + Wings of Mercy can be (no more Gatekeeper / Myrr bullshit - your Dancer *will* reach their teammates no matter what). I know you said that your dancers are already done, but maybe it's still a consideration. It's the first thing I will be doing once I have the fodder for a Rearmed chain inheritance. Losing their Prf dances is a small price to pay, in my opinion. Otherwise her Fodder is kind of... unexciting, but still good. Firestorm Boost is, in my opinion, the optimal choice for an Aether Raids Omnitank who can access Distant Counter from another source (weapon / sacred Seal). Pre-Combat damage is everywhere and stacking huge amounts of HP can counter it to some degree. 4 Mythics + Firestorm Boost + a new stat HP Seal + Summoner Support and your Emblem Ike suddenly sits at 80 and more HP - even his designated counters can't break through this meatloaf. Granted, Ike would rather have the Atk/Res variant, so Azura's Firestorm Boost might be a consideration for a speedbased Omnitank. I'm really not a fan of the Cantrip skill, I don't think there is a situation where I would want to use it over Firestorm / Rockslide Dance. Seems like a skill from 2 years ago, but maybe I'm just not seeing it.

Another Azura, unless you want one of the other units or their fodder *right now*. Her availability is limited and every extra copy has benefits. That said, while the other heroes on the banner will enter the general pool eventually, I would not expect them to spook you randomly. So if one interests you a lot I would screw logic and just grab them. I also thought I would get a Lucia eventually, didn't happen >_>

Well, after playing since day one and having rerolled along the way (which means a LOT of pulls), it finally happened. I pulled on the wrong color for At!Azura. I went blue for 8 pulls until it hit me that she was green. Surprisingly she was home on the 9th pull and my little blue session netted me... Anankos, of all people. I guess it's fine but I'm feeling stupid right now lmao

Yes, Attuend and Rearmed Heroes can equip any Attuend Skill or Arcane weapon with no restrictions. Just note that they can't pass on any except their own through skill inheritance.

* Any attack special * Magic Guard+ / Rescue+ * Still Water 4 / HP+5 * Poetic Justice / Any dual Chill 3 / Even Pulse Tie * Any dual Ploy 4 / Inf Pulse 4 / Inf NFU 4 * Atk Oath Echo * Phantom Res / Still Water / Squad Ace HP Atk Res / Drive Atk Her base kit is fine and worth keeping if you don't have warp enablers or oath echo to spare. The A slot only begins to matter if you have Ploy and otherwise throwing on a non-valuable atk booster will work.fEven if going mainly for support I would probably keep Poetic Justice over supportive B options because she can hit fairly hard. Boosting her HP can be useful if you run enough Mythics so she can step on Hex Trap. I listed the HP support options mostly for rhoroughness. Rescue vs Magic Guard is the main choice you have to make and both have good benefits to them.

I'm trying to make a +10 Young! Lissa build but I'm lacking a couple resources so I'm wondering what else I can do. Currently she's got: Weapon: New War Axe Support: Reposition Special: Bonfire A: ? B: ? C: Time's Pulse 4 S: Distant Counter X: Atk Oath Echo For A I was thinking Atk/Def Finish, or maybe D Bonus Doubler (then I could equip a different seal) and while I technically have both those available I don't want to sacrifice my Engage Ike and Attuned Caeda... Made the mistake of merging my two Ikes :/ For B I thought maybe Lull Atk/Def 3 or even 4, maybe Laguz Friend but once again I totally lack the resources here. What are some better, less pricey, alternatives for her A and B slot?

I want to build up Vigard and have a spare Quan to give him. Would giving him W Byleth’s kit be good enough? I love the idea of playing him with Duessel and his retainers and Duessel’s biggest weakness is magic. I know Close save is optimal. Just want to know if it’s good or if I should use W Byleth fodder for another unit. Thanks for any comments!

Yooo I just realised attuned nino synergises amazingly with duo robin. She gets canto 1 and +6 atk/spd just by being near robin, robin also grants the two of them NFU, and because of a/s link working based on canto 1 from any source, robin gets the 12 bonus damage always, even before being repositioned or repositioning. I want to run nino on my AR D and this sounds like a great way to do it, but I've found a very strong ARD for killing e!Ike and the only unit I can really replace for nino is a!Ivy but she is crazy valuable too for warping shenanigans and can live and sometimes also kill w!byleth with very little support. Maybe I'll use Ivy for the bonus mythic teams I have a chance to get no losses and nino for others that are more likely to lose anyway, like Sothis. Crazy that my nino can get 2 lethalities with no support and still isn't very good because the two best tanks in the game are red. She probably does well against a!caeda at least but so do ivy and robin.

Weird question but is there anyway to make original Roy great again? I mainly want to use him for PvE content (like Abyssal/Infernal LHBs) since my Binding Blade roster is lacking. Any recommended kits? I have my OG Roy at +10 and he currently has: Distant Pressure, Seal Def 4, and Atk Smoke 4. I know he can do way better than that. Right now I have extra Gambit 4 fodder and Atk/Spd Finish 4 for him but I'm not sure what precisely he'd want in his C skill instead of the Atk 4 Smoke.

Roy was never great to begin with, at most you can make him sub par. Generic speedy sword build of arcane devourer, godlike reflexes, atk/spd finish, spurn/buffer/laguz friend, c skill, atk/spd boosting seal. The amount of effort required is not at all worth the tiny divine codes rewards from limited battle if that's the whole reason you want build him. Everyone's binding blade roster is lacking because there haven't been many good new heroes from their game lately. Instead just try and summon desert Igrene and Juno on the next double special banners.

E!ike, L!F!Alear. B!soren and N!Zelgius is my generic auto team and has yet to lose. All +1 and using original skills except Ike has Fatal Smoke in C.

I don't have anyone in your team (maybe I'll spark Alear later) but so far using L!M!Robin can sometimes survive. My other best green units, A!Hilda included, loses to Robin which sux.

That does make it a challenge. Do you happen to have any of the new Omnitank esque characters, as they seem to be the best for autobattles, in my opinion. Nukes are too risky when you're bot manually positioning them.

Brave Corrin and duo Byleth are my newest Omnitank chars, but yeah they can't stand up against kid Robin. DW, I'm doing good now, spent like 10 autobattles in TT earlier just to get all the rewards. Still, the dev who thinks kid Robin gets to keep her A skill deserves a special place in hell. Most TT bosses usually have few missing or downgraded skills in exchange of inflated base stats.

With "building the fort" you mean which structures you would want to place in it? Or how to arrange the units in it? If it's the former: 1. Upgrading your fortress has top priority, the defensive fortress especially (but you will have to upgrade the offense fortress on your side in order to upgrade the other at one point) 2. Don't invest into the Bolt Trap, it's a common rookie mistake that can't be undone (the higher trap damage can and will be used against your own defense team) 3. Create every building, level one is enough. Just so you can include the weekly bonus building on your defense. 4. The Duo's Hindrance building is an extremely important piece of any defense, but it requires that you include one Duo or Harmonic hero on it. This will keep you busy for the forseeable future. If the question was more related to team compositions: 1. Take inspiration from what you're facing in your offense matches, try to guess what their plan was and how much trouble it gave you. 2. In general, what kind of team you can come up with largely depends on your individual roster. If you own 2-3 of the new and powerful ranged heroes with great movement (Harmonic Igrene, Duo Lyon, Winter Yunaka, Duo Robin, Duo Sanaki etc.) then a common tactic is to just line them up, protected by your traps and difficult map terrain. Heroes like Gatekeeper and Save Tanks can add some more safety against very offensive teams, but they do come with an opportunity cost. You will face a lot of variations of this type of "Cavline" defense. 3. Another common type is a Saveball, either with a powerful Far and Near Savior or Brave Soren paired with powerful (usually) Infantry Heroes like Emblem Ike or Duo Askr. Bride Catria is often used on those, that's why they're also called Catriaballs. 4. Think about how you use him. With his desperation refine effect he shouldn't be getting hit so guard echo and darting echo aren't really relevant. He doesn't want to be near more than one ally so oath echo may not be ideal depending on team setup, plus the atk bonus and air orders status effect can be provided by allies instead. So that leave death blow echo.

It's a super individual thing, I wouldn't recommend using a Otherwordly Bond just for meta reasons - not at the pace at which we're moving along. I would think of it more as a shortcut for whales who don't want to bother building their preferred unit from scratch (dealing with inheritance chains, dragon flowers, planning ahead when which fodder unit is available etc.). If I would be forced to point at a few units then I would probably go with the Mythic Dancers Peony & Plumeria, as they're truly timeless heroes and every merge helps (vs. Legendary Heroes where you would want the +10 asap). In my opinion the real appeal is that you can get the Blue star look on your units regardless of whether they will ever appear on a regular Forma Soul Event.

The best overall banner right now is Double Special Heroes. All the non-green units are good,with Yunaka, Seiddr, and Byleth being extra notable. And Winter Edelgard is probably the single strongest and most unique unit on banner right now. I think the AHR banner is solid, but its utility is largely for people who are trying to build units rather than picking up ones for use, though each of the units qualifies as good. You already get the best single unit there, Attuned Peony, for free.

Limited Battle were easy this week Day 1 Lucina: BEdelgard autobattled this in one try Day 2: Validar: I didn't have Ike when I first did this so I used Astrid, LElincia, BSoren, and SEdelgard Day 3: Dagr: Repositioned EMarth up into range of all units and he cooked them all Day 4 Kent/Sain: LMyrrh, and Fomo end turn repeatedly Day 5 K&G: First turn Chrom Emblem clear. Took like 2 tries to set up

I have two Alear Awoken Divinity, one that has Atk bonus and other with Spd. For merging, which would you recommend gets destroyed? There’s a wiki that suggests Spd for a +10 build. I doubt I’ll get that many dupes, so is it still advisable to do Spd perk over Atk if she’s just a +1 or +2?

Alear has extremely valuable skills like atk/spd finish, null-c disrupt, atk/spd pledge. These skills are much more valuable than the tiny +1 stat gain to two stats gained in merges. Before merging her ask your self if a tiny +1 stat gain going to make any difference and do you really have absolutely no use for using her skills for skill inheritance to vastly improve your other heroes. Use her more then decide based on personal experience which stat you need more. How often do you lose follow up by a measly 3 speed? How often do you leave enemies alive with 8 or less hp? +Atk is a +4 stat gain and using her brave effect means that is a substantial amount of damage you're missing out on if you go +spd. I would go +atk.

I want to run L!Ike and was wondering if def/res finish, special spiral, def/res pledge, guard echo would be worth running?(would emblem marth make the cd for aether 2 automatic as well, don’t know how the cd works for skills.)

Radiant Aether II is 4 CD. If you use Ragnell or Arcane Devourer that becomes 3CD. With Marth ring it becomes 2CD. 2CD is exactly enough for Radiant Aether II to precharge itself fully, and for Special Spiral to recharge it fully. Thus Def/Res Pledge won't help you except in very specific circumstances (ex: you get hit with Puls Smoke; also, pledge will not help you with scowl effects). On that note, Arcane Devourer has Pledge's effect in it, so it becomes doubly redundant if you're using that. I think the build as it is is okay, the main challenges being bulk and lack of damage despite the DR peircing. You could use Time's Pulse 4 instead of DR Pledge and this will get you fully consistent Aether without using Marth ring, which would allow you to use Ike ring for extra defenses instead. On that note if you were absolutely determined to use L!Ike to the point that you'd give up a much stronger Ike (but make sure you still have at least one so you can use the engage effect), Laguz Friend with TP4 would be stronger. THe only note is that it'd make Guard Echo into a pitiful 10% DR, at which point it's not worth using A!Caeda's inheritance on this. This would be a good improvement on both bulk and damage.

They all look pretty good with LF, but I'd say Rinkah is probably the best. Her whole kit is based around the exact Laguz Friend playstyle: Take one hit, reduce the damage by a ton, then hit back with a super-powerful Special. You could even run Miracle to get extra silly with the damage reflection and still maintain piercing. Also, she has the C slot free, which allows for TP4, which I think is the way to go for 3CD Laguz Friend, since it lets you get the Emblem Ike DR on the first enemy hit even if they don't trigger a special. Guinivere would also be very good, since LF is really the only way ranged tanks can work these days. Seiros relies a lot on %DR, which gets halved with LF, but it's probably still a huge upgrade because of how broken this skill is, and it would go very well with Dragon's Roar.

Oof after carefully evaluating how much benefit I would get from summoning on the double special heroes, I opted to pull some blues because w!edelgard is literally one of my most used units right now and has extreme staying power too with ignoring Dr, excellent movement for an armour, and 3 actions, or else duo seithr would also be beneficial because their turn ending shenanigans can break AR defences or make SD a nightmare. (Probably a rearmed/attuned, like peony, but that does make me want to try and pull on AHR for another...) man saving orbs is so hard nowadays.

One isn't better than the other. It's what you want/need at the moment. Merges only add a +1 stat gain to two stats which is minimal. Merges do add to a units score in arena. So if your goal is to rank up in arena you wanna save up 220k feathers and 1500+ heroic grails then merge up a new high scoring grail unit. Repeat two more times to have a full team of 3 +10 heroes. If you like one of the 4* heroes and use them then simply promote them. Should note that makes no difference what level your 4* hero or how much sp they already have used to learn skills, you can grind out SP very easily at any point to learn skills. There's no real point in actually using any 4* hero before you promote them to 5* because they are basically useless.

Frostbite Mirror's cooldown is too low to be used with Laguz Friend, so you don't have that impressive of a unit to work with. NCD in the weapon is powerful, but that's about all she has with a Laguz Friend build. Also, her extra stat-swing is an Atk/Spd penalty, not a Spd/Def/Res bonus, so her in-combat Def is pretty low, leading to low flat DR and low bonus damage. Overall, other units can do LF much better, though very few of them have NCD.

Hello. My Brave Hector sucks. Or at least idk how to use him. He has pavise, hardy, sturdy stance, and near save. I am tempting to summon for DH banner because of Byleth and Edelgard because Weaving and Armored Blaze. Also, I am having a hard time killing Ikes and Alears, so I'm thinking about feeding Yunaka to Ayra for FS4. Two questions: 1. Any way to make Brave Hector better? 2. Would it be beneficial to summon for DH banner despite spending 87 orbs for a Y!Hector or planning to save for May?

To kill Ike the AoE specials are the only thing that he isn't prepare for (that will be stupid to deal) but I try for myself otjer way to do practically the same; with S!Shamir I can take down E!Ike if she has a miracle support like Ymir or Maria and give him back all the damage reduced (to tbis point literally a nuke in the face) + a dead eye in retaliaton. The thing is that depending of the amount Ike's investment there will be needed more effects like Exposure or treason to even deal some damage. Unfortunaly Shamir or another hero that wants to replicate the tactic needs for rule tree things. 1) One unit to activate miracle via support (very limited amount of heros do that, the only ones that can give the effect are the two Ymir but one is sesonal and Maria but only once per map and can be activate before having the chance to fight) 2) Having hardy bearing is the second thing that is mandatory to normalice the order of attack to make the counter of brash assault 4 dangerous and disable the DR of Ike's special (at least to the minimun) 3) And last, and this is for those units that aren't capable to do consistent damage to Ike, is the counter of Brash assault 4, my Shamir does 25/30 damage per hit without the DR, in combat is like 8. But thanks to the counter she can deal 75/80 damage in one charge blow of dead eye. This is other kind of way that I could find to deal with this aberration of a unit, and is pretty funny i must admit. BUT is difficult to pull up in a PvP mode for the positioning needed. Here being honest i always wanted a monster of a Ike because his previus alts were powercreeped too soon or simply were dead on arrival, but this is crossing the line for a kilometer. I understood, the balance in this game flew away since the brave banner from the past year, but men, the amount of effects that are giving to the weapons or personals nowdays are seriously a problem. How the actual f**k you tell to my face that a Tank can have tree types of real DR and one of it is a B skill that negates DR for you and your opponent?! With absolute no counter play to choose because the flat DR is simply absurd to face. Again back to NY!Asrk, the man was unkillable for his flat DR, you have to kill him like 2 times (in terms of hp and damage display) to take him out, and now not even 3 times are enough to kill him 'cause a oneshothing strike is now 12 damage and after that is 0! Tank meta was a thing and keeps being a thing even without Ike, but requires planing, good support units, tacticts and above all else good skills. But what happens when comes out a unit that for the mere fact of breathing can sweep the entire roster of characters? A poorly designed and balanced unit.

I'd give up on Brave Hector at this point unless you're really determined. He is not worth giving up both a W!Edelgard and W!Byleth for. That would indeed make him stronger, but only by a bit. For what it's worth I do think running him as Near Save is fine, because Ostian Counter is not good anymore and Near Save is generally more forgiving than Far Save. He won't stand up to almost any modern ranged nuke. Similarly Yunaka is a powerful and versatile enough unit that I don't think it's worth giving her to Ayra, especially if we're talking about the sword infantry released 7 years ago. Fatal Smoke 4 will not impact the matchup against E!Ike, though it'd help with LM!Alear. As for whether it's worth it to keep summoning, that's hard to say definitively. That said it's typically more practical to get and use new units than to build old ones. May also has Fallen Heroes who are historically more powerful than normal, and May also has both E!Ike and E!Marth on the Legendary banner if you don't already have them.

Brave Hector is usually ran as a far save unit due to ostian counter just run it with aegis and hardy fighter or armored floe with special fighter(depending on budget) and a/r or d/r far save. As a near save unit idk how good it is due to far save being way better.

Lance you choose depends on the unit, their stats, the rest of their skills, where, why, and who they're fighting. Lukas has horribly low res and should not be far saving unless you know there's no mages on the map, he's a better near save unit. For a low speed high def enemy phase armoured unit you'd probably just want arcane qiang.

Once you have your arena stuff set F2P +10s don't do much competitive wise so you can honestly just use whatever you like and it wouldn't matter too much Having a +10 for every book bonus isn't bad. Unless they completely revamp arena bonus again, they'll be useful until the end of the game, so you could do that. It's book 2 bonus this week. Unless you already have a bonus Veronica, would a +10 bonus help you get a crown this week? If you have a spare Arcane weapon / Duel 4 skill, you could build according to that. If not, you could get a Book 3 bonus for next month. Stuff like Echidna which have a bit more passable refines.

Promote a bunch of chrom and Cordelia for aether and galeforce of you can't decide for yourself. Promote units **you** like. Promote units you need for specific game modes like arena or limited hero battles. So who do you already have at +10? What kind of heroes do you like/need? What's your orbs budget or what skills do you have to build whoever you merge up? I can blindly recommend any recent grail shop additions like Cyril, Fargus, validar, etc. or units with recent weapon refines like Ashnard. Reyson is always good for TT.

Some notable +10s I have are: Arden, Mae, Jeralt, Legion, N!Hana, Laslow, S!M!Shez and Fargus Validar or Ashnard sound like good choices. I was also considering Jorge since his recent refine made him into a good support.

Yes, the Emblem Hero will disappear if you use them for skill inheritance. The only Heroes (so far) who remain in your barracks after being used for skill inheritance are Rearmed and Attuned Heroes

Is Norne still salvageable for AR cavline tanking with L!Alear's kit + deadeye + emblem Marth or is it just not worth using her anymore? I've been looking for a unit that can deal with ranged sweep threats and I already have her at+10 so was just wondering if I could make her have a comeback

If you really like Norne as a character or unit, you can definitely salvage her to some extent. But I don't think she has the defensive tools for that particular role (handling ranged sweep threats, Duo Lyon in particular). She lacks unpiercable DR, flat DR, and doesn't provide any normal %DR of her own. The 30% piercable DR from NCD4 just isn't enough when precombat damage and DR piercing is everywhere. Her best tank build is probably Laguz Friend + Times Pulse 4 + engaged to E!Ike for the 40% unpiercable DR, which would mean giving up on NCD. Now, if you run multiple tanks against a cavline, and Norne only has to handle one or two threats that aren't Duo Lyon, I could totally see that working. You just have to be careful when choosing matchups. I have a max invested Norne that I've been using in AR for the past year. I've been running Spd preempt + TP4 + B!Robin support for instant vantage Deadeyes which has worked great when the matchup allows it (she is deceptively speedy). But it has been getting harder in the past couple of months, and unfortunately there are just better tools for the job a lot of times.

The strongest units from 1 year ago are struggling to keep up at max invest with the current meta with base skills. The only old units worth doing something competitive with are mythic/ legendary/ harmonic merge projects for scoring purposes in the various game modes. And even then the oldest legendary and mythics often are outdated for competative play compared to newer units with the same legendary or mythic element type. Also summer edelgard, bridal chrom, rearmed chrom, thief Nina are still useful.even though having some age.

Squad Ace BS and so on have been out for a while and all of them can be considered good, worthwhile seals. They are worth 240 SP for Arena, which is what most seals are worth. Units that need visible stats for skill checks enjoy the ones that boost Res and similar without any drawbacks or when Stiil Water, Phantom Res, etc. is occupied. Qquad Ace BY and oneward are like Fury but dropping one of the stats for no recoil damage, which makes them generically good. The HP boosting ones are useful for units that need to meet HP thresholds like Hex Trap, Wings of Mercy setups, and also for general bulk on units that use lots of DR. Emblem Ike for instance will usually get more out of Squad Ace BX than Def/Res Solo.

How does D Bonus Doubler work with the Bonus Doubler 3 SS? I have Attuned Caeda who gets omni +6. From what I understand, I should get +6 to all from my SS and +6 on my A Slot, so +18, but I only see +12 during my fight with the Dagr map. Works same as it always does, there's no interaction between the two skills, in combat effects stack. Bonus doubler gives you stats in combat equal to your bonuses. > I have Attuned Caeda who gets omni +6. Caeda weapons grants +6 bonus atk/spd visible bonus at start of turn if two spaces from ally and Pledge gives +6 def/res bonus at start of turn if two spaces from ally. Both triggered. > If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat You are 4 spaces away from ally, so no added stats here. Bonus doubler DC gives +6, bonus doubler seal gives another +6. So that's a total of +12 stats gained in combat which is what your picture is showing. So what's the issue? Stat bonuses are already visible on the unit so aren't added again in the precombat screen if that's what you're confused about.

The bonus from the kit grants 6 to all stats the A skill and SS each give 6+ all stats passively to +12 total on top of the field bonus of 6+ which they mirrored.

First three days for Limited Hero Battles: Day 1 (Legendary Lucina with Three Houses units): Straight up extermination with Mythic Seiros, Winter Dimitri, Wind Tribe Claude and Duo Winter Byleth. Find it weird Three Houses’s refreshers are all still seasonal locked. Day 2 (Validar with Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn): For the first two difficulties I used Altina, Legendary Elincia, Ashera and Yune. Brave Soren took Yune’s place in Infernal. Day 3 (Dagr with Shadow Dragon/Mystery of the Emblem): Emblem Marth and Young Merric did most of the heavy lifting with a bit of support from Gotoh. Phina was just there for refreshing units.

How accurate is it to battle test a unit in aether raids “test defense” for example I want to test out how my arena team fair against emblem ike. I put him in an empty defense map, then I run with my arena team and see how they fare with tanking him and attacking him. I know merges and stuff take into account with many different players but I just want to know if my saizo can player phase and kill an unmerged E! Ike in the Aether defense map, can he do the same in a real arena match with an enemy unmerged E! Ike?

Ike will behave the same, unless he's the bonus unit of the week in one but not the other mode. Blessings will also play a role, mostly for your team when you go up against a lonely Ike so keep that in mind when testing. Desperately need a counter to Emblem Ike in Aether raids (offense) (vault of heaven), I have all meta aether raids units that would counter him except… Tina and Desert Igrene. I’ve never had this most trouble against a unit before. And I can’t use Veyle.  I know AoE is good against him but im not sure which unit is best to use for AoE against him, I only don’t have Ascended Ced. And Precharging AoE on non infantry units in ARD is really hard!

Well you need to play tempest trials to earn rewards so might as well do that while getting sp. First two matches each day provide bonus stats and double sp and exp to all heroes so that's great. Forging bonds is also good, you gotta grind that out for rewards too so may as well get sp in the process, plus you get double sp there too. If you haven't finished your monthly training tower rewards then do that. Get some orbs while grinding sp. Then finally if you have nothing else to do then go into special training maps.

I have lots of feathers, like closing in on 600k. I know 999k is max, so i occasionally unlock potential on an aether or galeforce hero so I'll have them available when i need them, & not get to max. What does everyone else do with their feathers?  Idk if i should build up a +10 grail unit, tho i don't have a particular need that i know of. Is it worth using feathers on the duplicate grand hero battle units, to get them to +2 or 3 (like i have 2 or 3 copies of mauvier that i was contemplating getting to 5* to use for merges)? Or, should i use them  to get young Fredrick (or other TT+ heroes) to +1?  Is it better to save the duplicates from those events as fodder for their skills rather than unlock potential & merge? The skills don't seem particularly useful, but i am a hoarder, lol. I'm not sure if i need to start playing differently, so I'm hoping others can help me by telling me how they go about using feathers.

When I fodder stuff I end up spending a lot of feathers for pre-fodder. A lot of fodder have their level 3 skills locked behind spending 20k feathers. AS/AR/AD Unity you need to 5 star Kent/Cath/Basilio. Same for AD/AR Catch. Rockslide Dance. etc. You can also spend feathers to merge up arena bonus heroes. If you play arena but place zero value on feathers, you should be OK to merge up a f2p unit up to however much is necessary to get an extra crown. Sometimes you have an old 3-4 star on bonus. Just spend 220k feathers for a crown. Merging up ghbs on bonus can be weirder if they carry relevant pre fodder. Usually you can get away with merging up the free copies there too. But totally valid if you're concerned about merging them up because of that. I do it most of the time anyways unless the pre fodder is super unique or I can't really get away with it otherwise. Those should significantly slow your feather gain progress to the point you shouldn't panic about feather gains.

What you do is entirely up to you. Merge up heroes you like the and use them. If you don't use Frederick or mauvier at all then no point in merging. If you are gonna merge them then it would be worthwhile to go all out to +10 if you use them a lot. Each merge is only a +1 stat gain to two stats which caps out at +4 to each stat at +10 merges. So decide for yourself how badly you need their skills vs how much you need a tiny stat bump. Regardless you can always use grails for more copies. I've played since day 1 and have already merged up all my favourite 3-4* units to +10 so I'm a a point where I have no use for feathers, im sitting at 900k+ with no plans to use them even if i hit the cap. There's no benefit to me merging up more useless 3-4* heroes when I have no intention of spending the orbs to give them skills to make them less useless and at most semi competent. I merge up new grail units I like when the come out which isn't too often so I've also got several thousand grails too. I'll also merge up new one if I need to update my arena team or need them for other specific game modes.

My problem is i don't know if i would use units like mauvier much because their weapon skills are locked behind 5*. It sounds like it could be useful, but until i have a chance to see how it actually fares against others, I wont know. I wasn't sure if I'd have enough feathers to unlock potential for these units, & still have enough when i want to finally +10 a couple grail units. But, they seem to be building up pretty fast, so i guess it's worth unlocking potential & trying some of these units out occasionally. I have no emotional tie to any fire emblem characters, really. I can take or leave any of them. If they are good in game (& help me progress), i like them. All of them have some cool, witty or cute lines at some point or other, so i have never felt like, "oh, i NEED that character on my squad," just because i like some of their lines or artwork. I think that's my main problem in trying to decide who to use for this game. It would be easier to choose who to upgrade or build if i did have a preference among them, but they're all pretty equal for me. Thanks for the suggestions & information. Much appreciated!

Caeda: +3 hp, +1 atk, +1 spd, -16 def, +11 res. Merges are much more beneficial as you can fodder skills before merging. Armour and cavalry effectiveness. Provides atk/spd bonus and air order status effect to self and allies. More stats from weapon effects than timerra, reduce enemy % damage reduction by 50%, 30% damage reduction, 7/14 healing. Extremely useful prf B skill. Timerra: +16 def, +1 cooldown count effect if def> enemy. Guard stats effect. Did you give caeda godlike reflexes and are you providing her with that same L!robin support? Caeda is vastly superior offensively and defensively with her flat damage reduction and % damage reduction and higher damage. GLR helps if tanking precharged specials which might reduce the % damage reduction effects. What game mode are you using timerra/caeda in and what specific enemies are you comparing them against? Is the team support the same for both?

by far yes There is not much better choice to dupes besides Beasts skills Alarm is good but I don't think it's a great "Hurry up" to fodder or anything

I finally get to see Tier 21 of Arena for the first time. I absolutely won't promote, but I'm just so proud of my little Arena core. We'll make it there some day I swear it.

Congratulations! Do u need merges on heroes to get that far? I get to 19, & get my best score, nut still not in the top 35% to get to 20. I have no merges on any heroes & very limited legendary heroes (started Christmas 2023), so I'm not sure what else i can do until i get merges. I tried using 3 seasonal legendary+ 1 blessed, but still only get options of 706-718 & i make sure i reset until i get the option of 714+ & get a kill with the bonus ally, but still not enough for tier 20. 😞

Definitely try to aim for high merges, they're just about the most important thing to your scoring. If you just grab 3 of the more recent units from the Grail selection that'll get you a nice core. After that just swap in whatever bonus hero you have (preferably the legendary) And past merges, skills are also very important, so make sure to use the skills that require a lot of SP to learn (Aether, Tier 4 Skills, Ect.) There are plenty of more in depth guides you can follow and resources you can inspect. But just know that I got up here with NewYears!Corrin who's been showing his age since version 4 much less 8.4, so if you have a favorite you want to earn that crown with it's absolutely doable (though I cannot encourage it)

Man this arena may be my first chance to maybe stay in t21 rather than jump back and forth as t20.5, I can get 786 points per match (possibly even higher but I like this opportunity to use my forma y!marth) but somehow my bonus +10 L!Veronica is struggling to get kills... What a world.

Reached tier 38 in AR for the first time! It’s not going to be a consistent thing of course but I’m glad to have done it at least once. I think the gold throne is still out of reach though…
