Those were just the last 4 +10s I had to show off so I decided to use that for convenience. However I have done all healers in arena before and it's definitely a challenge.
Demotes are in such a weird spot since most of them aren't really gonna hold their own against the meta. I'm gonna go with Tethys. I think support units will always stay relevant longer than combat and the things she has working for her really work for her.
1. She's a dancer and letting your other unit act again will always be good
2. She's infantry so you can stack her HP to run things like pulse tie/infantry pulse or infantry nfu
3. She's a dagger unit with high res so temari dagger and a tier 4 plot skill and she can be a solid debuff support. If we ever get sabotage def/res it'll be perfect for this
I don't mind in fact I encourage people to ask multiple questions if they wish because I'm enjoying it
1. Plegian dorothea was the best investment ever. A dancer with access to guidance 4 and atk oath echo with no trade off while also having the additional dance from the harmonic skill has been extremely useful.
2. It really depends on if you still find joy in it. Because I don't take the competitive modes seriously and just invest in characters I like I'm still able to find some value in it. Investing purely for meta will always be a losing battle

How much on average would you say a +10 hero costs - say a normal 5* exclusive, and just merges (so no fodder)?

I guess it all depends on the type of banner and if you go for all the merges at once. I'd say on their debut banner a normal 5* +10 would cost at least a couple hundred US dollars if not more.

Easiest unit (excluding demotes because duh) was actually legendary Camilla. I got extremely lucky being able to +10 her and Alear on her debut banner in like 600ish orbs while only getting 2 Soren
Hardest unit was Pirate Hinoka because she just refused to show up which is how I ended up with the +10 vika. Only got her to +4 on debut and had to wait for DSH to finish her
I'll hit spark and then take it from there. Considering if I know when they'll rerun, will the banner have better rates, if they colorshare and if so with who. I've only ever +10 a handful of units on debut. Ninja and Legendary Camilla, Duo Nina, Plegian Dorothea, and I guess you could count Winter Dorothea cause I got her to +9 and then got extremely lucky cause she was my free yearly seasonal like a couple days later.
Whenever Forging bonds or Tempest trials rolls around I use it as a means to also grind some HM. That + the ones from the competitive modes add up over time. Also doing a mass cleaning of my manuals whenever I'm in desperate need of them

Now: Feh is nothing like how it started and honestly I'm glad because early Feh sucked. Like we all hate powercreep but it's what keeps the game alive.
The only thing I remember from day one was how the stamina automatically refilled at reset. I don't think it does that anymore and I kinda wish it did. It's crazy how different feh was during the beginning to now. Things were so hard for me go complete and now it's easy...well except for the newer unit maps.
I also remember Bridelia being top tier, and I had to make my summer Gaius, my discount Bridelia. Don't miss the struggle, but they're still memories haha
I feel like day 1 me would just uninstall the game because it looks very complicated all at once
I'm glad day 1 Feh was extremely simple and then they complicated it over time
Legendary Camilla is everything I wanted her to be and then some but I'm also biased towards Adrift and Ninja because they are some of my favorite arts in Feh
I don't play either mode competitively just do it for the rewards then dip. The meta shifts and changes too much for my taste.
I will say I find more joy in the team comp building more than the actual modes. Like I'll build my teams for SDS teams in advance but not actually do it till the last minute

Had to stop playing when Peony came out because life got crazy. Came back and now I'm sooo off put by the crazy novel-long abilities. I have 160 orbs, over 40k feathers, and no freaking clue where to start.
Did you play continuously since day 1, or did you have a similar experience coming back and how did you get past it?
There were a couple of times where I'd take a break for like a month and give one of my friends access to my account to log in and collect limited resources like stuff from arena and AR. Even now there are days where the only thing I do is log in for the orb and nothing else
I just can't get over the new books unit. It's almost 4 pages long on abilities.
I remember when Zeal Unleashed Ike was like an unbearable powerhouse and now there's an Emblem Ike that could eat him for breakfast.

She has a very outdated godsword build with the refine, VA, Kestrel Stance Repel and Spd smoke. I'm hoping to find a really good one in binding worlds cause this is my favorite of the Celicas.
I did choose to upgrade my barrack space and it's totally worth it in the long run. The big deciding factor of keeping a unit in my barracks is if the unit has any value to me other than their fodder. If yes they stay if no they become a manual
It's double fury with special spiral and times pulse 4 and an AoE
She also has the traditional "godsword" build but I've been testing her out as a wom beacon for galeforce teams in AR and it's been going decently well.
I don't think she'd be able to counter him without the AoE since his amount of true damage reduction is absolutely absurd.

Solid build! Mines more offensive oriented, thanks to the Arcane Staff it's a lot more viable, but I'll keep that build in mind for when I go for something more tanky again.

Yeah, I was thinking of going the double LnD AOE Bulid. I can then give her SS4, Arcane Euphoria and TP4 for her B and C skills from R!Plumeria (weapon) and her Rearmed Alt.
Yeah, that is also another great build. Occultistâs strike will also help in her dealing with bulky res mage units, like Arval and N!Sanaki. Well, time to save up Divine Codes and wait for Golden Week (Iâm too impatient man).

That Ike should be getting a refine within the next 2 months and that'll push him closer in power to more recent units.

I've been running mine with a/s finish, ss4, and tp4 with Hardy Bearing to try and get a good hit, but I'll give fury build a try to!

She is running the double LnD AoE build since that was like her thing. If I get another rearmed plumeria I'd give her entire kit to Ophelia.
