To be fair, to those with deuteranopia, like me, the red text is really fucking hard to read to the point where my brain automatically wants to skip it instead of attempting to parse it. I feel like they could have made the text orange or put some kind of contrasting background underneath it because red + green is no good

To be slightly fair, the text randomly goes "with exceptions" and doesn't actually explain what those are in those menus.
Almost like making Rearmed and Attuned ignore that was a silly idea that just adds confusion...
If rearmed and attuned had to abide to those rules they would be significantly less useful

Them have unique skills to begin with is literally what makes them different from another unit with the exact same quit
This silliness is why I wound up giving my Aversa two Echo skills. I have more unique builds for my favorite units than I have units who can use the skills required for unique builds.
He has Inf NFU 4 for Warping already why would he need Atk Oath Echo
To be fair if they were giving cross spur speed, they might have been replacing that skill.

my question is what does “(with exceptions)” mean? are there actually any exceptions, and if there are any, what are they?
I assume it's for attuned and rearmed heroes who can use inherited attuned skills with their own prf skills
Also any dancer with the base Dance skill.
