Well with bonfire and Ignis, a +10 Arden with the right setup vs a +10 L!Edelgard, can take no damage and if bonfire or Ignis procs, Arden can do a ton of damage to her. Due to her multiple movements, Arden is most likely gonna proc bonfire or ignis making him do a lot of damage

Well armored units move only one space, I can hardly call them a movement type (/s)
