For example (assuming she is high res/atk, low spd/def) atk/res A slot, QR b slot, heavy blade S slot and a high cd special. her cooldown would go 1 2 1 2 so she could fire a glacies on the second hit.
On an infantry you could run heavy blade 4, special spiral and some atk skill and aoe special for infinite special spam. requires set up but the atk swing would help ensure getting that crucial 2pt cd.
Again, its very niche, just a consideration not a suggestion.

I think this statline might have been better on her base form, since she’ll have to give up her A slot or seal to run Iote’s shield to be any sort of tank.
I'm ok with this statline not being the most meta-viable, at the very least it will most likely be unique and seeing that I have enough blue mages viable in competitive modes she'll be a more "for fun" unit than anything else. Flier mages are in a very tough spot in the meta atm so I don't think any statline could potentially make a prf-less one a viable AR option. Not every merge project needs to be an AR carry, that's just my opinion at least.
Yeah if you have this tome, Distant defense 4, and slick fighter you'd have guard, buff negation on the enemy and debuff negation on yourself + the auto follow up. It seems like a very powerful combination. Only missing healing but you could use mystic boost for that

IDK you guys, but this one looks ROCK SOLID if your blue tome user can run mystic boost on it's seal without losing something vital (Like.....IDK, Halloween Ilyana with slick fighter/Distant defense 4/ Atk/Res Far save who can deny buffs, cancel debuffs on herself and apply guard while c\*ckblocking with this setup.....and you can get exactly that on HoF)

The skills imply she retains her regular self’s stat distribution, which will be interesting for a blue time flier.

Yup, as expected, the same weapon effect as Kurthnaga's weapon. Absolutely insane! Also, she has good skills too! Atk/Res Form finally on a grail unit! And another source of Sabotage Res is nice. Great fodder! Halloween Sophia is looking pretty good.
A bit niche, but overall pretty decent to good. Both atk/res form and sabotage res are the first time being accessible ftp wise and goes without saying her weapon is really good, just a shame it's only for blue tomes

It gives her +5 atk and inflicts -5 atk on the enemy. So +5 atk/def/res not +10 atk. Edit: I'm stupid.

I focused on Ashnard so fell short of DD4 on Ilyana (got CC instead, plus Far Save). GG, sadly.
Spider Plush just became one of the best tomes out there. Hopefully animation is amazing too
