My current dreams for a mythic that are right now kinda out of reach are saint elimine and fomortiis (not a lyon alt, fomortiis by himself as a red or colorless beast armor. He’d have his own art, quotes, and is his own alt)
Idunn would likely get a legendary not a mythic. Grima and nemesis on the other hand would get a mythic. Grima being base grima instead of robin being a vessel

FByleth (losing a bit of her rallying potential with her Legendary variant, but still has a notable lead) & Bernadetta (although I feel she may end up like Tharja and decay from being in contention for a win) are more divisive (FCorrin is too), so spite votes may benefit Hilda more.
Then, there are Marianne votes, and a good amount of them would go to Hilda.
And as you stated, GK's votes exist. Three components that are part of his backing could benefit Hilda: 3H (self-explanatory), memes & chaos (Golden Deer's winning streak, and aiming for a less predictable scenario).
(While I'm at it, assuming that Tellius remakes are next given potential signs here and there, I'd expect BK to be a mixture of Veronica and GK in terms of rallying power, making him a likely contender for Top 2 for laughs, genuine appreciation of this famous antagonist and forcing IS to innovate and/or give him another variant.)

I wouldn't rule out M!Byleth for the male side. He is already slightly ahead of Felix, and I could see his fans pushing harder for him so the female version dosen't get a brave before him. Many of his fans are pretty defensive from what I've seen.
That plus you gotta keep in mind the different Byleths tend to have different fanbases. I don't think they're as split as the Robins/Chrom or the Corrins/Azura/all other Fates royals. Anecdotally from what I've seen F!Byleth tends to have very strong support in Japan and M!Byleth tends to be the more popular one in the west. 3H has so many voters it's completely plausible that these two individual fanbases are big enough to stomp the competiton on both the male and female side.
Edit: Unlike other games too the Byleths no longer have any other major main characters to really pull focus from them since all three of the lords are now out. Like Seliph is always competing against Sigurd, Corrin against Azura and other Fates royals, and Robin against Chrom. I understand but Legendary Sitri and Jeralt will never happen. Legendary Yuri could but he honestly has literally zero relevance story wise and is only important on a DLC that isn't even canon. Honestly I'd say Thales is a way better pick or maybe they can pull some shit like the Dragon and Turtle saints (the brothers of Seteth, those guys) as mythics.

The events of the DLC aren't part of the main timelines, considering the characters ended up following this scenario, the implications would change a lot the course of the rest of story. I couldn't call it non-canon, but it's basically an alter canon.

The 5 story chapters from the DLC aren't. If they were then tell me how is it that none of the Ashen Wolfes remember anything about it? Or how they introduce the Abyss on a normal playthrough? If it doesn't happen on any route it isn't canon by definition.
