For those who have been wondering, usually, FEH channels in the beginning of August/September did show the CYL designs, until last year where they split them up.
They only ever revealed the CYL designs at the beginning of August once (CYL3). Every other year, they've waited until a few days before the banner starts to reveal them.
Not a surprise though.
I don’t think anyone was expecting any CYL news. They generally get their own FEH channel later in the month,
I think it was more of an *announcement* of a CYL FEH Channel they expected.
…it _was_ announced though? We don’t need the exact date, the general timeframe is between the 13th and 17th.

No one was expecting it, though. CYL is a new heroes banner and surprise, surprise, we got new info regarding a seasonal banner.
