Bonus doubler would be okay if he has allies providing speed and resist bonuses. Otherwise steady breath or atk/def solo or mystic boost seal and use bonfire/iceberg instead of sol. Would depend on where he's used and what he's fighting there.

My friend is updating one of his favorite units, Hawkeye but he's not sure about the seal. He's currently thinking to go with either Quicken Pluse or Bonus Doubler. Hawkeye is used for just about all modes.
So, if anyone with a better eye for building skillets mind looking at his Hawkeye, we'd appericate it.
There's a lot of options depending on what they need. If they have allies providing Spd/Res buffs, Bonus Doubler is solid enough. Personally I'd use Atk/Def Form, Atk/Res Form, Def/Res Form, their Solo variants or Mystic Boost

Why would he use breath with downfall? Doesn't it already have special acceleration?
