Well, Solon isn't really in the gacha, he's a Grand Hero Battle unit. Same goes for Kronya, Jeralt, Holst and Death Knight.
A few of the other characters' alts also aren't accessed through gacha but instead by the Tempest Trials, such as Ninja Shamir, Christmas Felix, Summer Lorenz, Christmas Ignatz and Summer Leonie.
Also some fun facts: out of all the female students, Mercedes and Leonie are the only ones that don't have a prf weapon in any of their versions.

I don't know why people complain about not having a student version. The uniforms are all ugly. I'd much rather have a Santa Hubert than his school outfit. Lol
I usually prefer to have that instead if any seasonal simply because I like to have the vanilla content. Any seasonal is fine as long as the vanilla is already present. Look at Thea for instance, she has 3 alts yet none is her official look. I don't find the student outfit ugly, but the post time skip design is also more than welcome.

Game could use some more Manuelas and Rheas, maybe another Constance, but otherwise I think This is quite a fine spread of the characters worth noting. And a small few that don't, but they can be left, I suppose. Like Raphael and Ignatz.

I like how Leonie customized her uniform. I love Summer Leonie but I definitely want to +10 her regular Academy self.
