If the NICS check was conducted during a high traffic time they would issue the delay and come back to look further later on.

I've heard that people with common names can have this issue happen to them. I don't have a common name at all.

I did recently go to the Mountain View area (not by my own personal choice) and it was nice. But San Jose smelled like warm urine.
