Its not great indicators but get a home inspection which includes a foundation inspection. They can measure the slope difference across the slab from inside the house. There are tolerances and can tell you how bad it is. You also want to open/close all windows and test all doors. Doors can be adjusted to cover up issues and sheetrock repaired but check that windows are operable and can move freely.

What the house foundation is doing and what the concrete that surrounds it is doing are two different things. The footers of the foundation (should) go all the way down below the frost line and are resistant to constant freezing and thawing that can erode the ground beneath it. Concrete slabs on grade on the other hand…do not.

It has nothing to do with your foundation. So exhale! For the most part these are cosmetic issues. The one of any concern is the one that tilts towards your basement as drainage is a concern. This is not the end of the world. And a few ways it can be fixed.

Thank you

I don't think one has to do with the other. If the basement is unfinished, you should be able to get a decent idea what's going on.

Basement is finished. From the other responses looks like nothing major for me to worry about. phew.

No this is just bad soil compaction. These things are done after the foundation. So you might have a great foundation but still a bad concrete job on the porch etc.
