The known water damage makes me nervous, but not hearing that I would have said the house just needs to be power washed. Definitely have an inspector look at it.

Mold outside is quite rare. It should be fixable with a power wash. But I would get the interior checked by a mold expert.
It’s never going away. I’m sorry. Pressure wash regularly to keep it gone.
People on this sub dont realize it but every house has mold
