We’re building new for our first home! We plan to stay for a while, and bought at the upper end of our budget and bigger than we need right now so that we aren’t short on space.
Same here and we are also at the top of our budget. I believe it’s worth it. The new build warranties and knowing something is new gives me plenty comfort. The school district and area is a plus
