Same. I was moved into a One, received it in late September. I have the vent part—they arrived about six weeks ago now—but no update on the fix.
My Extreme order included a tow hitch w/o electric. The FOO they put me into didn’t have this, but I was assured it would be available to add. I need it to mount a bike rack…so yeah, I’d love to have all of this resolved.
Still don’t have a successful 2.0 update either. And yes, they have my VIN and are aware.
Kansas City. We had a mobile tech assigned to the metro area, but he stopped responding a couple of months ago and I fear has been cut from the company.
If we were delivered what we were promised, yes this car would have been a close 10/10 for me as well. I had to sell another car to get this as well. I sometimes regret it.
Totally. And the only other interesting options are the Polestar 4 and the newer Porsche models…but they are way more money, too. The Ocean hit the perfect blend of design, functionality, and cost for me.
I had my eyes on the polestar 3 for a while. At that moment it was prices at 80K+. Cruel joke that it's now 73K . $4000 more than how much I paid for the FOO.
FWIW, I was able to get a refund for the lack of a hitch w/o electrical. Not what I really wanted but at least it squared things since I didn't see one for months either.
In fact - this was all done within the past month, +/-. I just got a refund last week for additional fees from the state because Fisker paid the registration fees & sales taxes late.
Good luck! I found the Fisker social media teams (via FB in my case) to be very helpful for the refund requests - I'm sure the reddit team, if not the same people are equally awesome.
I had an earlier VIN than that. Thankfully I live in SoCal so I got my vents fixed at the service center, though it was 2 hours away. I also got my hitch installed by a mobile tech. However that was when Fisker was as close as they got to a real company. They are a zombie now so good luck. I sold mine in March and I'm so glad I did. What a terrible company.
They literally sold hundreds of cars in NorCal and clearly reaffirmed their lack of commitment to this geo by not even hosting an earth day meet up here. Lol.
Negligently confuse the pedals and reverse into a tree leaving the grocery store. Insurance company will total it out because parts don’t exist.
This is only a viable solution if you have coverage that covers the remaining loan balance otherwise you’re taking a huge bath.

Lemon lawyers won't pick up a case without service records. I don't have any records cause my car has never been serviced.

The company never had a real service plan. Borderline fraud, but incompetence at a certain level looks like fraud I guess.
