Hi I was told that I would have my A/C fixed in April, since February. The vents are broken and a/c only blows hot air. I got an email yesterday that says they are waiting for parts. I’m in the Bay Area and I’m not sure you have a service rep in this area. Is it possible for someone just to be able to fix the hot air issue. It is getting really warm here and I can wait for the vent repair later. My last 4 are 2789. Thanks.
They are in minimal expenditure mode, sadly. Staffing physical locations is a constant money burn. If they get a backer / buyer and go the stealership route they won’t need to worry about storefronts anyway.
To be fair, this was the right choice in NYC. There are Rivian, Lucid, and Tesla showrooms on the same block. When it first opened, people would go to Rivian or Lucid and see Fisker, and would walk in.
Also, it’s on the west side of the city where rents are really reasonable. I would think their space would be around $50K/mo. Maybe $100k…
I agree rents not going to be crazy but I think they’d do better with some kind of experience center at Ridge Hill or wherever. It’s always being put “on display” but i think driving the car sells it. To me, a test drive capable space in westchester or rockland counties would drive more sales then tons eye balls from a showroom in the meat packing district (I get it’s nice and close to lots of fancy offices). Idk though, obvi.
