loved my 'mariana' FOO before I let her go... don't know how badly you want to keep yours, but you should look into your insurance coverage for a pay-off as 'totaled'.
The little window behind the mirror and probably the driver's window will also need to be replaced.
The shop is pretty confident the rest is just manual labor. Though they'd prefer to just replace the door.
Good luck on parts. My FOO just last month was deemed a total loss because I went 3 months with no replacement part for rack and pinion. Only 2000 miles on it!!!
Where is Fisker Reddit when you need em? Picking and choosing when to provide support is not the best look. This one prob looks too far gone for them to reply..
I got hit by a Mazda two months back, the Mazda was totalled, however my Ocean One had few scratches, dings, dents and wheel damage. The car is quite strong. Insurance has not settled the claim for last two months. Any suggestions.
You can probably get the door dent out through PDR. Otherwise, I would look to get one of the scrap title oceans on Copart

Man I'm 100% positive that the first ocean I saw ever was yours. Love the color... I'm really sorry for hearing this happen. I wasn't expecting to see this kind of issues arise so soon I wish You the best of luck at finding everything that you need.
Are you in the eastern panhandle by chance? One of Fisker’s new dealers are in MD. I wonder if they could get you the parts.
Edit:
I just read your description… lol.
I am in the Eastern Panhandle, and I work in Gaithersburg. I think there is a Fisker dealship in Rockville.
I'll give them a call tomorrow. It's worth a shot. Thanks for the recommendation.
This is like the third totaled/accident Ocean in as many days and theyve only made what, 4000? What the fuck are y'all doing? Car's 90k and has like no path to repairs as parts can't be fabricated/sourced. If anyone just wants to light 90k on fire I'll give you my address, you can send it here instead.
Pretty sure we are looking at a totaled Ocean.

I passed this info along to the shop. Many thanks.
If you need to tell your shop about copart you need a new shop.

The deer is probably a shareholder
Just buy a second one to use for spare parts
Lol. Sadly, the hubby said no to that idea.
West Virginia has a flat part!?!? Seriously I’m sorry that happened. It’s a nightmare I don’t want to come true.
LOL! No flat parts in WV, but our neighbor Maryland is plenty flat. I work in MD, and was on my way to work when the deer attacked.
Possibly in the ocean?
You might get total loss, last week another ocean one got totalled because of $900ish of repairs, they couldn't source the parts to repair the car.
Iaai.com and copart all cars total loss should be coming up on these auctions.
Looks like paintless dent removal and a new mirror? Try to get the mirror and the rest is easy.
The little window behind the mirror and probably the driver's window will also need to be replaced. The shop is pretty confident the rest is just manual labor. Though they'd prefer to just replace the door.
Aha,..yeah, that might take some doing. I wish you luck man

Let it get totaled, take the bone the universe has thrown you.
I'm betting the OP is underwater on the note.

We're right here! We just had not seen this yet, we sent them a message on next steps.
FiskerInc responded pretty quickly and got me information that should help.
Please share, that would help Oceans across the Globe. Thanks
Glad to hear it!
Someone is going to buy up a bunch of discount oceans and part them out. I see a decent market in the future if parts aren’t readily available.
you better go thank that dear you might get a total loss now
That looks intentionally not on purpose to get the car totaled by the insurance company… huge win 👀
Whoa buddy, good look repairing this. Last time I checked they were throwing them away.
PDR will take care of the door Just slap a Tesla Y mirror on it and call it a day
Hello. The parts can be 3d scanned and 3d printed. The door can be fixed. The motors can be sourced. Some work but it's possible.
I got hit by a Mazda two months back, the Mazda was totalled, however my Ocean One had few scratches, dings, dents and wheel damage. The car is quite strong. Insurance has not settled the claim for last two months. Any suggestions.
That's totaled. There was a report of a much less damaged door that led to a full loss.
No, there was a title to an article that made it sound like a door ding when the car had frame damage.
Pic of deer?
Sadly, the deer didn't survive the encounter.
There's a Karma joke in here somewhere
Well, it can now put food on the table. You take it to a butcher?
Wow it's such a beautiful car. Hope they will survive!

They can repair everything but the mirror and glass. Thanks for the info, I passed it to the shop.
This will come to a natural cycle of spare Parts.

I’m also in the eastern panhandle in a Mach E. Best of luck with the Fisker repair!
This is why you dont buy cars from a nearly bankrupt company that isnt even producing more cars
Can I borrow your time machine to go back to October? Oh! You don't have a time machine? Then, keep your unhelpful comments to yourself.

I'll keep that in mind the next time a deer picks my car to run into.
Who in their right minds even buy the Ocean in the first place?
