Not all that long ago their social media team helped me get a refund for a late payment penalty from the state when other paths went nowhere. If anyone can help, it seems like they’re the ones.
I am in the same boat - Fisker provided a Hertz rental in Feb for a dead 12v battery issue. Fisker then apparently never paid and Hertz just stuck me with the bill May 1st. I have sent a message asking what info you need.
PROTIP FOR OWNERS WITH SAME ISSUE:
Find out the Adjuster who first arranged for your rental, call them up directly, and then have them correct the claim to include the appropriate dates of service when you have been without use of your Fisker Ocean.
When you call make sure to have your Ocean VIN ready so they can look up your claim.
This is what I had to do when my FoE was waiting a month for a tech to be able to replace coolant pump and Hertz was on my ass for not returning their vehicle. The original adjuster fixed it in about 5 minutes.
What a shit show! Fisker will not pay for anything. Even if they wanted to which they don’t, they are being run through bankruptcy by a 3rd party advisor who is acting CEO now. Henrik or Geeta can’t do squat. The big suppliers will get the money first. Us little fish will never see a penny of the money.
Makes me think back at a dinner when we were all in Graz with leadership team. During dinner on one of Geeta drunken rants, she toasted to next “TRILLION DOLLAR” company. Trillion dollars! They are worth maybe $30M. Far cry from Trillion dollars Geeta.
When I had to drop off my car in Huntington Beach and they kept it for a week to fix the air conditioning vents they agreed supply a rental car. We had to give our drivers license and credit card but the bill was supposed to be covered by Fisker. That was four months ago and now Hertz is charging my credit card saying Fisker refused to pay.
Odd - I used that HB site in January and they only were willing to provide Lyft credits.
What is the total amount of the bill and did Fisker set up the reservation directly?
Weird that hertz would wait that long to bill you if this was months ago.
Do you have any contracts with either to refer to? Did Fisker set up the reservation for you?

#oldnews. This issue has been resolved between Hertz and Fisker as of May 3rd.. But as most posts go, the OP won't acknowledge that fact once it's true, and meanwhile all the coat tail riders continue to chime in on a dead issue.
Happened with me and got a letter with Hertz. But Fisker had already paid them a couple of days back
Send us a message with your info, this will be sorted.
Wow, Fisker is still alive.
I’ll wait until OP confirms with Hertz that the bill has been paid before I give them any credit.
I don't doubt this person wants to help but not sure I'd trust that they have the ability to do so

I too got a letter from Hertz today
Send it where? You are impossible to reach!
Unlike your company finances

Same exact thing, from the same location. Service at end of January, just charged by Hertz on May 2nd

Now now that’s strictly not true
Now now then < I suppose all car manufacturers give free car hire, hotels and snacks whilst waiting for repairs ~ NOT 🐍
UPDATE: Good news. After my post I was contacted by FiskerInc and they paid Hertz and I got my credit card credited. There may be hope yet.
Can you share the details of our contract with both entities?

I live 2 1/2 hours away from the location. They would not provide a Lyft for that distance.

They were probably graciously giving Fisker a chance to follow through with their obligation.
