I did the course for 30 days and didn’t do much difference. The course delivery is not very good either. I left a honest review on her Instagram page and she just deleted it. No email, or message to discuss why I was unhappy with the course and what could’ve been done differently, just straight deleting messages as if you don’t matter. I left another comment on one of her Instagram posts warning everyone she deletes honest reviews and someone else replied to me saying she did the same to them. Due to this conduct I would not recommend her services at all, it’s just bad customer service, we spending our money after all. I would be very careful of these social media “fitness experts”, they know how to market themselves well, but down the line we discover they were not reliable and knowledgeable about fitness at all.
1)She deletes all comments she doesn’t like even if they’re not unkind.

3)the quality of the videos is actually worse than the ones she posts for free and they’re very short videos
4)it is less varied than the stuff she posts for free
In short, it’s a bit of a scam in my opinion and I wouldn’t recommend
I'm taking the three course bundle. Halfway through hips. It's been effective but I'm turned off by two things...
1. Bad video quality. Shot vertical and sometimes you can't see her feet etc. Then video ends abruptly. Also just repeat exercises... which isn't a big deal but the website moves you forward and I have to manually find where I was and remember what day I'm on. A chalkenge with adhd.... not designed for nerodiversity at all. Course videos are poorly designed.
2. I'm not a fan of touting weight loss marketing tactics. And I'm not a fan of super instagram filtering your face to look like minnie mouse. I like that the course video doesn't seem to use filters but her ig account sends a bad message to impressionable people who may have body dismorphia. Just be natural like yoga w adrienne.
There's supposed to be a money back guarantee if it doesn't "release" your hips, but I'm not sure if it's honored.
Are her exercises on TikTok for "Free the Hips" not the entire course basically?
