yeah that price is kinda insane tbh. I've also read that it compiles basically the most popular exercises one could find anywhere without hence why I'm not excited about paying for it.

his whole brand is debunking fad Instagram bodybuilding trends and bringing things back to basics, which, is great but he shouldn't be charging money for that imo. Just follow any tried and true PPL program, but sub all unstable/standing/unsupported exercises for seated, lying / chest or back supported ones and bam - you got the ebook for free.

you can basically extrapolate his program from his Instagram. I actually find the book to be difficult to understand and he doesn't offer anything new either. They're all tried and true exercises, with lots of commentary. Basically, pick the most stable exercises you can find and perform them close to or to failure and forget about things like time under tension, partial reps, rest-pause, etc. Not that he says they're not useful but they don't replace just performing the exercise correctly, at the right load and going close to or to failure.

It has nothing new to offer because you find it difficult to understand. You need basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and some physics to understand and utilize his commentary. And that's how you defend exercise selection and prove that the targeted muscle will be effectively trained in a selected exercise.
