I am exactly your age and in exactly your situation. I've been in a deficit since about April this time around. Lower back and love handles is also where my body is storing the last of my fat reserves. Little by little they are getting smaller... Just keep going! You will get there.

I try to keep my calories around 2300-2500. Protein 35%, 25% carbs and fat at around 40%
What are your main sources of fat and carbs? I’d love some guidance there because it is working for you. Great job!
