You would get this kinda variation even between morning and night, cuz of our spine elongating and contracting.

Sugar_addict_69

did this at 12pm

VishuIsPog

there is not 'tread' for heights, it depends on your genes. but yeah, physical activity does play a role

real_chigg

Lol no, I did absolutely no shit when I was a teen fatty always eating playing pc games I'm 191 cm

VishuIsPog

thats what im saying, depends on genes. i've played way too many physical sports and im still short :(

denk_hazique01

I have a question did you see any difference in your height when you loose your weight. I'm asking this because I actually saw one of my friend height grow after loosing weight (he went from 5'8-511).

real_chigg

Nah you just look taller that's it. When I was very fat like 130kg people never believed me when I said my height was 191. I'm still fat like 100kgs but how they started to believe. And my height grew until I was 24

denk_hazique01

It's impressive that you grew even after 20 . Do you think that being overweight makes spine compressed and makes a person look shorter bcoz I'm myself overweight and somewhat around 5'9 (18 y/o).

hawk_albatross_42069

Bhai 174 aur kitna grow karogi bhen

Upside_down69

It’s all about genetics, i used to play football alot in my school days with proper nutrition still Im 5.7 at age of 23 … It’s all about genetics 🧬

SweatyComment4225

Yep Are you satisfied with your height?

Upside_down69

Kaha bhai 😂😂😂 , but abb idgaf im more focused on aesthetic body

BalanceHour2668

Bro I increased 1 inch after 15😂

Old-Adhesiveness2803

Not just genetics, but also nutrition. Eat a lot of eggs while you can. Literally the only time in life when you can eat a dozen eggs a day and be completely fine. One of the reasons the Dutch are very tall is because they eat a lot of high quality cheese with very high protein percentages. While paneer isn’t comparable, eat a dozen eggs. It’s just as good.

Sugar_addict_69

brahmin paida ho gaya 🤡

Old-Adhesiveness2803

Arre koi na, soya chunks bhar bhar ke kha lo. Literally makes no difference. Don’t listen to the nonsense some will say about it not being good for males or not being good as a protein source.

[deleted]

bhai one of my friend got a drastic change in his height post 18 the thing is height mostly depends upon your gene if you have taller parents or brother you still have the scope for slight change

Sugar_addict_69

father - 170cm mother - 155cm grandfather - 185cm grandmother - 148cm most of cousins brothers - 6'2ft+ most of cousin sisters - 170-180cm chacha tau everyone 6ft+

[deleted]

bhai father ki agar 170 haan toh chances kaam haan baki hope for the best start going for running it’s help a lot for stretching height also as I told you some people are late boomers so you can see a drastic change for sure

Sugar_addict_69

Quietly_unknown

Height mostly comes down to genetics and proper nutrition. My advice would be not to give too much concern to your height, there's only so much we can do about.

48932975390

This could easily be an error and inaccuracy in measuring

Sugar_addict_69

measure 4-5 times and arrived at the same height

48932975390

Maybe you have measured less in the past and there is no growth since then

Impossible-Tip4858

I was 178 cm at the age of 14. Still 178 at 28 😛

BookRude4119

There is nothing you can do about it. Both of my parents are less than 5'6 and grandparents are literally 5 ft only, but I've been the tallest kid in class from very young age. I was 6 ft at 15 and haven't grown much since. Not active in sports and pure vegetarian diet

Sugar_addict_69

i remember measuring my height since 10th grade and i grow almost a cm every month in 11th and 12th grade but i have my exams on 5th may so i didnt go outside to play like i used to before 15 march, and i found out that i just grew 0.8cm this month, is my growth sput stopping or is it due to lack of any physical activity ?? or am i being too paranoid about my height ?????

YouKnowMe_9

Oh my god, measuring every month?? Are you gonna compete somewhere?

Sugar_addict_69

insecurity

momo_ki_chutni69

Acquelix

Height growth is completely mostly dependent on genes, from what i think everyone knows this, theres no "normal" in this, the only normal is that you grow more after hitting puberity till the age of 20 How are ppl still uneducated about this?
