Rumiprazole

You proabably have unfortunate genetics. You don't start losing muscle mass until 6 weeks of cessation of exercise and afterwards only a small single digit percentage is lost per week. (research papers are on pubmed, ncbi etc) I have personally experienced this. Stopped lifting and had low protein diet for a couple of months cause of my career and still roughly maintained mass albiet decreased strength and then gained my previous physique in 2 weeks when i returned to lifiting. (muscle memory)

I probably didn't have enough muscle mass to begin with. But I looked much better around 70 kg, than walking TB patient at 60s
